La amabilidad y la atención del personal son excepcionales. Su administrador Erwin, es una persona salida como de otro planeta, conecta demasiado con las necesidades de los huéspedes y trata al máximo de solucionar cualquier impasse que se presenta. Tanto él como su personal son extremadamente especiales.

Esta es mi cuarta vez en este hotel pero en esta visita fue Desastroso los desayunos para el precio que se paga, todo un caos, bufete pésimo, no habían platos, vasos, cubiertos, mala atención, la gente prácticamente mendigaban el
Desayuno, en términos generales mala atención de meseros, adicionalmente, solo una caneca de aseo en la playa y el poco personal no ayuda a recoger y organizar, no existen asoleadoras en la playa fueron quitadas al igual que muy pocas en las piscinas, no hay buen aseo en las zonas comunes del hotel

When we were checked in shown to the room noticed that the windows and Air Conditioning were turned on come to realize once we closed the window and turned the AC down the room began to smell horrible!!! Went to sleep with the smell and woke up and the toilet was flooded not buy our own doing dirty toilet water all over the floor!!! We told Maintenance about it and he said he knew the room was smelly and had defects!! Went to complain to the front desk about the situation they said nothing could be done!! Worst Experience I’ve ever had in a hotel in my life and I am an frequent traveler all over the world. Extremely disappointed it also happened to be my wedding night.
