Room is quite large. Free parking and was gated so good security. Area was quiet.

Convenient hotel for visiting LAX. Good rest although a little noise from the traffic. Correct breakfast and friendly staff. Free parking. Highly recommended for tourism.

Clean and comfortable, good breakfast

When I entered, I was healed by the jacuzzi and washroom decorated with swans made of towels. The jacuzzi bath was appreciated in the rainy and cold season. Breakfast was included every morning, and the automatic pancake machine was interesting, sticky, and delicious. The seasoning was also abundant. Next to Tradesr's Joe is convenient for shopping, but it's small. Walk 7 blocks and there's also Whole Foods'. Because it is a bus street, it is easy to go to the beach. There is no elevator, so it is inconvenient to carry luggage on the 2nd floor.

Parking in the second building was an inconvenience,breakfast very average. Area around the hotel is sketchy. Its not 5 stars but neither was the price. So you are getting what you pay for.

Lovely hotel with fantastic amenities and clean; very nicely presented. Leaving suitcases was available, which was great however, they were left in the main reception area. Staff were welcoming.

Short drive to downtown Santa Monica and Venice Beach. Santa Monica freeway is close by. Wide variety of restaurants all within walking distance.

We are regulars for a reason. Happy with everything except no soap in the body wash dispenser.

Convenient hotel with parking and breakfast included. The staff is super friendly. Unfortunately we were given the room upstairs at the very end of the hallway. The guests were using the backdoor at all time of the night, late night, early morning, to access the parking lot. The backdoor is so loud when activated that we were awakened several times by the loud noise. Besides that, the room was clean and large. There is not enough light in my opinion when using the sink that is inside the bedroom. Also, there is a timer in the shower/toilet room for the light. We could not figure out how to make it work, so the light would turn off while we were showering and we had to yell for the other guest to turn it back on. At other times, the light would stay on all night. Some instructions would be nice. This the one star off.

Pros: - convenient location that is close to SM Pier but not hectic - walking distance to nearby restaurants - easy and reliable parking access - clean room Cons: - room is much smaller than the pictures would lead you to believe -- they should provide room measurements in the booking - window looks out into the parking lot and given that the room was on the 1st floor, opening the window meant people outside could see inside our room - small bathroom with outside sink (which further reduces space in the bedroom) - bathroom toilet seat cannot remain upright; this is an inconvenience for men - when exiting the bathroom, you have to pull the door in, which forces you to stand close to the toilet

When I first drove up i was not expecting much, the building has an older design but well kept, the surrounding area going through redevelopment, I was quite surprised, the receptionist was friendly and receptive. The grounds were secured by a locked metal gate. When I walked into the room I went “wow this pretty nice”. Very clean and spacious, the room had a little dinette with table and chairs. Every tissue and towel was creatively folded (the little things). The bed was comfortable with plush bedding. I felt felt very comfortable staying here.
