Very good, the hotel front desk guy is very professional, the service attitude is very good, the pre-authorization was quickly refunded after check-out, it is the most disciplined hotel in the United States in these days, no random deductions! Give the hotel a thumbs up!

I stayed in a room with a loop balcony. All the receptionists were very polite and had lovely smiles. There is no breakfast, but you can eat light snacks (coffee and baked goods) freely in the morning. The snacks are too sweet for Japanese people, but I'm grateful that they are free. I didn't know how to use the coffee machine in the room at first, so I asked the receptionist, but they kindly explained it to me.

It looks like it's close to the beach but it's not, because there the streets are very big. Walking is about 45 min. until reaching the beach of Sta. monica The staff very friendly. We arrived before check-in time and they let us keep our bags there (they don't have a specific room and leave them in the dining room). The big room Two double beds and a very spacious toilet with bathtub. We had a visit from a cockroach but the rest, fine. Net. In the room there is a fridge, microwave, alarm clock... and a Bible, in case you need it 😁

I think it's a good location if you have a car. You can also go to the beach by bus. Buses in this area were relatively safe. The rooms on the 4th floor have balconies, so we recommend staying in a room with a balcony. I think it's a good idea to bring your own hair dryer as the wind is weak.

The room is quite large and the supplies are very clean. There are soaps and shampoos in the room. Free hot coffee, iced apple juice, orange juice, bread, small cakes, biscuits, fresh fruits, etc. are available at the front desk starting from 7 am.

It's a bit far from the beach. Uber starts at 10 dollars. It's a relatively luxurious hotel in Daysinn. There's a boy with braids at the front desk. The service is good. The other waiters are just average.

My stay here was great! Room was very clean! Front desk staff very friendly! I will stay here again!

Room was clean but bright light directly outside our room window caused the room to be bright throughout the night even though the drapes were closed. I found it difficult to sleep because of that.

On March 16 2024 at 3am I was trying to checking, I offer to pay more money. Both employees were so rude and said no we can’t do that I don’t have an option for that. I didn’t get any explanation for this or a reason in why they couldn’t check me in. The customer Service is poor won’t even give a one star on top of that the lack of communication that’s given is also poor never again book with this hotel

Liked: Room was clean and staff friendly. Didn't like: Charged for 4 nights but only stayed 3. Advertised breakfast, but was only coffee/tea and granola bars/donuts. Asked for new towels twice and had to go to desk when we didn't get them.

Everything was great besides the bed, it was sooo uncomfy! The location, unground parking, guest services, cleaniness was good. Don’t be excited for any real free breakfast, they only have coffee or tea , & granola bar! Great balcony on rooms 4 & the rooftop deck is BEAUTIFUL, ahould really have events up there or open 24/7.

Kind of a cool older hotel on a not too busy part of Santa Monica Blvd. The room was recently renovated with a huge balcony area. Not a ton of amenities, but the hotel is close to lots of things. Only thing I’d do differently next time is rent a smaller vehicle as the streets and hotel parking is tight. Otherwise a good stay!
