Buen hotel cerca al centro de Santa Rosa. A resaltar el café que tienen en la recepción, muy buen café, muy rico. La atención del personal muy buena, la recepcionista Vanessa muy bien, muy amable y servicial. También los señores que te ayudan con el parqueadero, las maletas, y hasta a reservar las termales de Santa Rosa, fueron muy amables, en el restaurante también. Por otra parte, algo que corresponde más a los dueños, estuvimos dos noches en el hotel y en ningún momento sirvió el Internet ni el TV por un problema de un transformador o algo así nos dijeron. Se sugiere tener alternativas porque es algo muy importante. También, es importante tener en cuenta antes de ir que todas las habitaciones tienen ventana interna, no externa a la calle. A nosotros no nos importó pero vimos gente molesta por ello. Por último, aunque vimos las camas y el baño limpios en general, se sugiere mejorar la limpieza bajo las camas porque antes de salir revisamos qué no se nos quedara algo, y vimos un vaso sucio que no utilizamos nosotros, era algo de anteriores huéspedes.
