La atención pésima, deje la billetera debajo de almohada, llame para que me la devolvieran, dijeron que allá no había nada. Conclusión (...) Adicional, son groseros, nada amables, y desafiantes

Pésimo servicio y muy deficiente la atención. Se reservo con más de un mes la habitación y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no estaba disponible, nos ofrecieron otra completamente diferente, cuando solicitamos la que se reservó la respuesta: esto es lo que hay lo toman o lo dejan. Las conexiones de electricidad de la habitación no funcionaban. Poca amabilidad, la atención DEMASIADO regular, ni siquiera hay indicaciones para el desplazamiento dentro del hotel. Cero normas de cortesía.

El hotel Cortejo Imperial es una buena opción para visitar Santa Rosa de Osos. Maneja unas habitaciones cómodas aunque el aseo puede mejorar. Hay muy poco personal para atender por lo que la atención es demorada. Las instalaciones están bien.
