Courtyard Santa Rosa

The trip started out poorly because Trip.com's payment was invalid. We had to text your staff for close to an hour before we could check into our room, so were late meeting our family members for lunch. The women at the front desk were terrific and were doing everything they could - they weren't able to give us a key until the payment was straightened out. So we weren't very happy with Trio.com's service. How could something like this happen, where your payment wasn't valid? I would like a discount on my next trip due to that problem. Once we were in, the service was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open until 10pm and were warm and clean. We loved soaking and swimming each evening after visiting with family. The only curve ball was that the firepit wasn't operable. A man said it was due to the weather, but it had been clear and dry so that didn't make sense. Therefore, we had to drink our Christmas Eve Prosecco (which we bought at the hotel snack bar!) in the room, since it was too cold to sit outside without a firepit. Outside of that, it was a terrific visit and we would stay again. We do hope that Trip.com makes good on the billing issue so we will use your site again.

The welcome at this Marriott property was the best of our whole travel experience in California. Marriott should send other California hotels’ staff to observe. Titanium status & amenities recognized. And this was only Marriott property to recognize our anniversary. Easy walking to downtown restaurants. Room price was somewhat high. Room was comfortable but air conditioning blew directly onto bed. The courtyard had small gazebo which was nice and outdoor furniture comfy. Husband used hot tub & pool and enjoyed.

This was a typical Marriot Courtyard. Bed was pretty hard, but room was large and there was a good desk for working. Small tub. The pool is small and although there is a jacuzzi, the jets were not working. Staff was very nice. Coffee was limited time- nothing after 10am. Also the steamer was broken.

I had a comfortable stay for a conference. The grounds are nice and the location in historic downtown Santa Rosa made it easy to grab dinner a couple of blocks away on foot.
