The area is small, the service is poor, there is no water, no table, it is impossible to live at all, and the attitude of the front desk is poor

Modernized historical building in downtown Santa Rosa- many walkable dining options. This was a very quiet hotel, very clean and comfortable.All staff very warm and welcoming. Our room did not have a comfortable chair but a bench for the desk. Nice lobby with wine bar and plenty of comfortable seating. Appreciated the continental breakfast. Valet parking was very efficient.

This was my 4th time staying here and my wife and I love it. The staff is exceptional and always makes you feel welcome. Super clean and close to all the downtown restaurants and shopping.

Love this place! Beautiful rooms, very chill wine bar in the lobby, pet friendly, and, most of all, the staff are the best we've encountered anywhere.

This lovely hotel sits in the heart of Santa Rosa and is the friendliest place that we visited in our two week trip to California. The rooms were modern and well appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend it for anyone staying in the town.

Lisa is above and beyond AMAZING! I love this hotel it’s clean and safe. Super convenient to every place to go eat. I won’t stay anywhere else but here when I come to visit.
