Unprofessional especially staff Evelyne and their general manager. Negligent customer service. Do not recommend at all. I booked a room at 10:00 am the day of check in and attached a note stating that we will be checking in late. When we got to the hotel, we were told by Evelyn that they cancelled our reservation and she claims that we were contacted to inform us of their random decision. Obviously, no one called us or emailed us. I was left with my family in the street to find an accommodation for the night after hours of travelling. The general manager didn’t even bother to send an email with her unjustified decision and staff Evelyn told me that there’s a another hotel down the street that I can go and check myself in in there. In addition, staff Evelyn claims their hotel is fully booked and that she can’t help me while the vacancy sign is on outside the hotel. Totally unprofessional. She also refused to send me an email with the cancellation. Terrible experience.

Reasonable price. Good bed for overnight stay. No services available. Close to highway.

Stay away from this hotel. It’s way over priced the door locks are coming apart. The beds are thin and very uncomfortable. There are no blankets only sheets. There is mold in the shower. The towels are thin and small. The guy at the from desk yelled at my son and I as we were looking for the ice machine. We found it broken in a small room. The clerk chased us down and led us to a very dirty laundry room he disappeared and came back with a small hand filled plastic bag of ice. He said “here” handed the bag to my son and walked away. The staff is unfriendly. The a/c doesn’t work. The ironing board was broken. This is a hotel that the owner is trying to squeeze the last bit of money out of before they demolish it. Stay away from quality inn and suites Santa Rosa. It’s horrible.

Staff of 3 just keyed and opened my door without notice. Construction was going on all around. I was constantly hearing banging from the walls, the voices of the staff were loud and they were oblivious as to the noise disturbance they were causing. The room phones are broken. I checked out within 2 hours of checking in.
