Old hotel, to bussy at the swimming pool for the amount of guests. Breakfast super basic and bread not fresh. Terrible. I would never book this hotel again!
The only good thing is the view we had!

Het is een groot en net hotel. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Helaas was het slecht weer en was er weinig te doen, helaas. Kamers zijn goed met een prima bed en heerlijke douche. De trein is in de buurt en daar kan je met ruim een uurtje in Barcelona centrum zijn.

Wij verbleven in de dit hotel in juli 2024 in de suites. De kinderen sliepen op de sofa en wij in de kamer ernaast Het hotel heeft een goede ligging en dan heb je ook meteen alle positieve punten gehad. Bij aankomst werden wij door een Nederlandse medewerker chagrijnig in het Engels ontvangen. Het hotel zat overvol, wachtrijen bij het eten, geen bedjes beschikbaar bij het zwembad, geen stoelen vrij bij de shows in de avond. Dit hotel is zwaar verouderd en absoluut geen 4 sterren waard. De kamers waren bij aankomst niet goed schoongemaakt en de bedden zijn doorgezakt en 1,80 lang, zelf ben ik 1,86 en mijn voeten staken hierdoor 10cm uit. De receptie heeft dit proberen op te lossen door een bankje achter het bed te zetten. De vlonders bij het zwembad liggen los en zijn kapot. Het eten is zowel in de ochtend als avond verschrikkelijk. Elke dag hetzelfde en totaal geen smaak, wij hebben na 2 dagen besloten buiten het hotel te gaan eten. Gelukkig verbleven we hier maar een weekje maar wij hebben op het punt gestaan een ander hotel te boeken. Dit hotel heeft een grondige opknapbeurt nodig en is het geld niet waard! Boek alstublieft iets anders hier ga je spijt van krijgen!!

Nous sommes arrivés le 7 juillet et partons demain (le 13), pour être honnête, c'était classe au début mais plus l'hôtel se remplit et moins le service est de qualité. Les buffets deviennent médiocre et insipide et la chambre n'est plus refaite... Top en mai et juin apparemment mais à éviter en juillet et août. N'espèrez pas avoir un transat au bord de la piscine sauf si vous vous lever à 7h du mat car à 9h toute la terrasse est remplit de serviettes sans personne dessus. Dommage d'avoir une mauvaise impression à la fin du séjour...

Excellent hotel with everything you could need. Great location on the beach - with amazing pool and brilliant small pool for children. The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful and lots of pool games and entertainment if you wanted to join in. Rooms, pool areas, restaurants were all very clean. Restaurant had excellent variety of well cooked, fresh food (great choices for breakfast) Appreciated the policy of not allowing towels to be thrown on sun beds-really fair for all! Very impressed.

My mom and I stayed here for one week, and had a really great time. The Hotel is huge, and located with a beautiful view over the beach. The pool area was the best. It was so big, cozy with palm trees, a huge pool with a bridge over it, bubble bath, and a one kids section. There were a lot of sunbeds, but only a few of them got sun from the morning, so we had to pick and lay down on our sunbeds at 08.00. DONT try and reserve sunbeds before 09.00, somebody will come and remove the towels. The hotel was clean, and there are so many activities, both at day and at night. Something for everyone. The breakfast was nothing much, a little to pick from and unflavored and dry food, so we did not end up eating much for breakfast. Over all a nice experience

Thankfully only booked breakfast, unfortunately out of the 6 days we didn't have one hot breakfast apart from fried eggs which were constantly being cooked, therefore had continental breakfast. Drinks from machine were poor quality, again not very hot, attempted several times, in the end settled for juice. Entertainment poor, area entertainment was not designed to be a fun relaxing area for entertainment, therefore made the most of other hotels in area. On two occasions, went back to our room to find the cleaner had not closed door, and replenish toilet rolls without being asked. Therefore, in view of the above, wont be returning to this hotel.

They are more focused in business than customer care. The food at restaurant i couldn't recommend. Just the breakfast is something acceptable, but not as level of 4 stars superior hotel. They are for parking around hotel does not exist, and the number of park places inside hotel facility is pretty short. As they are always full of people, the customer attention is really poor.
