Única vantagem do Hotel é a localização por ser bem central. Tivemos que trocar de quarto assim que chegamos porque o ar condicionado não funcionava e o chuveiro estava pingando o tempo todo. No novo quarto o ralo do banheiro estava entupido, A tampa da privada estava quebrada e a TV com defeito. Colocaram o café da manhã para ocorrer até as 9:30. Ao chegar as 9h, o café estava frio e várias opções sem reposição. Pedimos travesseiro extra que foi informado que não foi disponibilizado. Também não foram flexíveis quanto a possiblidade de meia diária.

Os quartos são novos, porém a tv é velha, o banheiro muito sujo, com resto de sabonete em cima do box, mancha de sujeira na parede, vaso não estava limpo, resto de cabelo na saboneteira... Atendimento ruim, não tem elevador, café da manhã no quarto andar, não ajudam a subir com a mala.. nunca mais.

Bad! Bad! Bad! When I got to the hotel, they accommodated me in a room without a window, so I asked them to put me in a brighter room. So they gave me a room with a window but the bathroom was flooded. So I asked them again another room with a window. The room I stayed was bright but badly equipped, all the furniture and equipments were old, the bathroom was leaking and the towel was disgusting, grey of use. But the WORST was when I discovered a cockroach under the toiled sit. Horrible place!!!!
