Quiero darle las gracias a todo el colectivo de este gran hotel que para mi opinión merece más categoría del que tiene y mira que he visitado hoteles. Un lugar muy a gusto pero sobre todo la hospitalidad de sus trabajadores te hacen sentir en familia. Su instalación con confort, limpieza y mucha tranquilidad. Como siempre digo en mis reseñas lo bueno se comparte y se reconoce. Felicidades a todos sus compañeros, volveré definitivamente. Gracias por todo

Tale hotel non era la nostra prima scelta per Santiago, ma siamo stati costretti ad alloggiare qui per una cattiva gestione della nostra prenotazione da parte di un altro hotel. Comunque, nell'inconveniente, non ci è andata male: la struttura ricorda molto quegli hotel per commessi viaggiatori e per viaggi d'affari, la stanza doppia idem ricorda le classiche strutture 3/4 stelle italiane, letto molto comodo, buona qualità del sonno, bagno ampio. Apprezzata la qualità del sonno e il livello di servizio alla reception, magari non centralissimo (almeno rispetto alle zone che abbiamo visitato nel corso del nostro soggiorno) ma giudizio decisamente positivo.
