This stay could be outstanding with some further attention to customer service, dining facilities, heating and consideration of another set of laundry facilities at the other end of the complex.
Despite two visible radiators, not one worked. I would have frozen without my hot water bottle; I caught a cold during my stay.
The location was excellent for my two work destinations and apartment very clean. Housekeeping was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Washing and drying machines lacked attention and had a lot of user traffic; one of each machine was challenging to navigate.
Service at reception, apart from one young man with fluent English, varied day to day. Assisting travellers transport luggage in the heavy rain when two operatives are present would have been a nice touch, as more communication via email, SMS, an app or verbally for simple services such as cleaning timetables, when the internet is unavailable or to reserve a taxi onwards.
I waited half an hour for a cab booked by the receptionist after I checked out, though was not once offered a recall to the cab company, to check the status. Ultimately I was offered a lift from my onward bound guest, who advised cabs are not reservable in advance unless to the airport. Be warned.
Worth €40 a night, €70, I would reconsider in future.
