The location is very good and the hotel is also good

It’s a hotel with children and friends. It’s convenient for traveling. It’s next to a shopping mall and parking is free.

Very good environment and convenient location

It feels like I live in a fake Marriott, the price is close to 1500, and the disposable toothbrush has to be picked up by the front desk. At ten o'clock in the evening, I can't get through the service call in the room. That's it for breakfast. The key is that the equipment is older. No wonder my friends did not recommend me to live here last year.

Initial room was a bit dated with shower in bath which we had trouble getting out of being over 70 years, but they immediately upgraded us to a walk in shower room, with a better view. Hotel is close to shopping malls and plenty of restaurants to choose from with various cuisines. Hotel staff were excellent - very friendly especially at check-in, and breakfasts were great - we had a breakfast box on two days as we had an early pick-up, and they were more than adequate. They can also book day tours and make recommendations which we found very useful. The hotel restaurant was quite expensive for what we had, and we only ate there for one evening, but all restaurants in the malls were also fairly expensive, so be prepared to pay - Santiago is an expensive place.

The property is very outdated. It is not 4 or 5 stars. Service was good. Location is excellent.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel is in excellent condition. Very clean and safe.

This was probably the best Marriott experience we’ve had, staff was amazing and very accommodating. This location is perfect it is close to everything, grocery, drug store, mall, and food. Would highly recommend.

This hotel has a very good location, its close to the main attractions and has a mall right at the side with nice lunch option, the hotel has a nice breakfast too

Is an old building the air condition ( hot) make a lot of noise the hotel have a good location

Extremely courteous and helpful staff. One of the best I have ever seen at any hotel. Excellent breakfast and snacks on site. Did not try restaurants but appeared nice.
