I like this hotel very much. It is in the city center, next to the Presidential Palace and the Plaza de Armas. The price is not expensive and it is convenient for travel. The hotel has a long history, but it has complete facilities and has been renovated. Although it is not big, it is very warm and popular. The breakfast is also good.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y está muy bonito, PERO le urge cambio de mobiliario, todos los sillones del Lobby y de la habitación están viejos y vencidos, por lo tanto muy incómodos, así mismo el colchón de la habitación no cumple con el requisito mínimo de comodidad. Aparte de eso todo lo demás estuvo muy bien. El desayuno excelente.

Mi estadía en el Hotel fue de cuatro semanas debido a trabajo y fue una experiencia inolvidable! Los servicios fueron de primera calidad pero lo que más me impactó fue la generosidad de todos lo que trabajan ahí. El Garzon, Juan francisco Saavedra Donoso, fue una de las personas que ofreció un servicio de 5 estrellas. Una persona muy cálida, paciente y con mucho carisma. Me dio recomendaciones para comida, restaurantes, vinos y sugerencias para sentirme segura cuando caminaba sola. Fue un placer estar ahí y poder tener la experiencia del servicio de Juan Francisco y de Patricia (mucama)! Muchas gracias!!

The hotel and staff were superb in every way. Each staff member was the epitome of hospitality and could not have been more gracious and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay. The room was generous and the beds extremely comfortable. The surrounding area is a little dodgy - the concierge advised us to store our valuables in the room safe and to beware of pickpockets out on the street. Inside the hotel, we felt very safe.
