Good location Spacious room Breakfast is not good

The staff is very kind and the breakfast is delicious. Amazing view from the terrace on the 13th floor

酒店非常安靜，服務也周到。我到得早了，等了幾個小時才有房間，前台給我升級了房型，真不錯。就是位置稍微有點偏。

Very cosy, comfortable and spacious rooms. The hotel is located is an upmarket area just across the mall. Breakfast is lovely with multiple hot and cold selections. We had a very good stay.

Excellent hotel. An excellent value for the price. Breakfast was very good. Room was outstanding.

Our family enjoyed our stay at HyattPlace Santiago. The rooms were clean and comfy (especially the bed!) and the our view of the city with mountains in the distance something lovely to wake up to each morning. The service was great. Staff were attentive and friendly overall, but we especially appreciated the help from one of the housekeeping staff who, when one of our family members got sick during our stay, helped make the room more comfortable, brought extra tissues, and helped direct us to closest pharmacy. Also when I had trouble with my room’s air conditioning not cooling the way I thought it should, the front desk had maintenance arrive to the room in under 5 mins and it was fixed and set up correctly with in 10 minutes! Finally, our family enjoyed relaxing on the lovely roof patio with a a few snacks and drinks for a few hours after checkout as we awaited our pickup for evening flight back to the USA.

Lovely hotel clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Minuses were that few staff spoke any English and there were no tourist advice services

Good beds/pillows in a dark, spacey and quite room. Restaurant doesn’t have many options for dinner, but the food is good. Breakfast buffet is top. Swimming pool and gym are not big, but more then enough. Nice and friendly personnel but their English is limited (as my Spanish).

Hotel in a beautiful neighborhood. Room is clean and big. Staff was disappointed….. they dont speak English and also don’t try to…. One of the staff during breakfast when I asked for an apple told me that: we are in Chile here we speak Spanish. It didn’t seem like a Hyatt hotel. I would not stay there again.

The property is very good, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is substandard. Choices are limited in general and if you are vegan, almost nothing decent is available. For a property of this caliber, more can be expected.

We had a fabulous room with eveythjng we needed within steps.. the staff was so courteous and helpful as well as extremely friendly as we weren’t great with the language. Highly recommend this hotel
