Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room however had some shortcomings - no proper reading lights by the bed, and aircon was poor and difficult to adjust, resulting in the room being a little stuffy at times. Breakfast on the Sunday morning was chaotic - we had to sit in an overflow area.

This was our first visit to Santiago. The service, friendliness and willingness to be of help at the W was outstanding. Food was excellent. Our upgraded room and its views was Amazing. The property is showing its age a little and could use a makeover and new, less soft mattresses. The location to shopping and restaurants is perfect. We would definitely stay again !

Really friendly staff from start to finish. Super comfortable room with huge shower. Top quality breakfast selection. Hotel layout is a bit annoying in that you have to take three different sets of lifts to get to different areas. Some of the decor felt a bit dated. Pool bar / food menu was poor. Hotel is in a really nice part of Santiago, close to bars and restaurants.

The decor is tired and needs a refurbishment, there was none of the 'wow' factor that W's are meant to provide. The breakfast buffet was very poor, there was a lot of food but it was poor quality and poorly presented. Staff at the rooftop bar were very good, but other staff seemed not to care about much. And in this day and age, a hotel still using toiletries in small disposable bottles is really disappointing.

Very nice hotel. Very luxurious and all amenities were top notch. Rooms were very spacious . Great selection for breakfast. Rooftop pool and deck was incredible Best location for restaurants

We stayed here for a night after a cruise. The hotel is in a modern office building in a nice residential/ business area. I felt safe walking around. The rooftop pool was a good feature - it was long enough for laps but not wide. The pool area is nice, though it got a bit crowded on Saturday afternoon. The has a “happening” type vibe. Rooms were large and convenient. The breakfast was good. It is a short distance to La Golf Metro.

The guest service team is super friendly to foreign passengers, but super awkward to chilean nationals (e.g no champagne at the reception, no offering of taking care of luggage). I get it, Chile loves foreigners, but that doesn’t mean to provide a worst service to locals.
