The location is very good, suitable for tourists. If there is no button, it is Metro Line 1. If you are a traveler, you can find out to take the subway to play, but the subway station announcements are all in Spanish, and there is no indicator light. The front desk can speak English and the service is good.

Easy access if you want to be in the city center, comfortable and simple room. Excellent staff attention. Special transit travelers

The service is very good, and the front desk can speak English! is the facility is a bit old! But such a good location doesn't matter

The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and the food is very tasty.

The main issue is that the rooms have a lot of short coming - water does not drain, We had a air conditioner leaking water in the room and mattresses moving easily etc. I must say the front desk staff was outstanding, Extremely helpful in trying to sort out our concerns. Plus for any help we needed, Taxi, directions, tours etc, always willing to help. With all the issues - would definitely stay there again as its very centrally located.

Overall good. I would ask the staff to keep the Air Conditioning ON for the rooms in on the 7th floor: these get very hot when facing the sun. In my room 701, the Toilet would not flush.

Very nice staff and comfortable bed. Room was a great size. Would have been perfect but the ac was not quite strong enough for the high outdoor temp. It wasn’t terrible it just needed to be slightly cooler. Overall would stay again. Location is superb.

My overall experience was okay. I found that the staff weren’t able to help with a lot of things such as English was not as great. They were very rude and unhelpful a lot of the times. The front desk was always over crowded with guests checking in which made it hard to ask for services. I found better hotels around the area with greater service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel personally if you don’t speak English. The breakfast was very simple as for a 4 star I expected more options. Also the breakfast options don’t change during the weekdays. So it’s the same all the time.

This hotel was walking distance to Palacio La Moneda, Santa Lucía and Barrio Listarria. When we needed to go farther, we had the Universidad de Chile metro stop nearby. Excellent service from staff! We enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast was really good lots of selection, however room itself is quite dated and old, bits and pieces falling off the wall and looks dirty(might not be the case) , the area itself is quite dodgy at night, lots of homeless and people wandering around suspiciously, room service cleaning was nice , just the property itself is very old, very old, walls are thin and can get quite noisy at night

I would really like to give 5 stars to this hotel for its location, kindness of every person in service, breakfast, cleanness. However, this is not a hotel to rest after a day busy day at all. It is extremely noisy. There is no way that you can sleep or rest at night.

A little bit dated but still full of old world charm. Breakfast was excellent. Concierge were very helpful as well. Santiago itself is not a very safe city though particularly in this downtown core it seemed. Travelers be aware of your surroundings at all times. Don’t wear showy jewelry it will be removed from you!

Room is big but noisy (from next door and above rooms, lots of dragging of furniture). Room has no kettle boiling facility nor any cups for drinking of your own water or brushing of teeth. Happy hour drinks (2-for-1) are only for drinks marked in a certain color (scanned via QR code) which is not obvious or highlighted to English speaking clients. However the hotel is very close to metro station and walkable to main streets making it a convenient base.

The staff was kind and helpful. The only thing is that it was a bit noisy during the night due that there are young people that gather just outside the main door of the hotel with loud talking and listening to loud music.
