位置非常好，適合旅遊的人來。沒扣就是地鐵1號線，要是旅遊達人可以摸索坐地鐵去玩，就是地鐵報站都是西語，沒有指示燈。
前台會講英語，服務也不錯的。

The location is very good, suitable for tourists. If there is no button, it is Metro Line 1. If you are a traveler, you can find out to take the subway to play, but the subway station announcements are all in Spanish, and there is no indicator light.
The front desk can speak English and the service is good.

酒店比較有特色，在老城區中心，距離廣場不遠，離聖盧西亞山很近，酒店很好，早餐也可以，周邊不怎麼安全，但是酒店很安全

This is a very basic hotel in Santiago's rundown downtown quarters. Whereas the neighborhood has some strange quarters and uninteresting dining options, I never felt unsafe and thought the hotel had convenient access to the subway. It's also very easy to walk to major attractions (La Moneda, Musso de Arte Precolombiano, Plaza de Armas etc).  Value was great (roughly half of what I would have paid elsewhere). I'd recommend it for a short stay.

Breakfast is average, the equipment is old, the air conditioning sound is loud, the cooling function is not good, the location is good, close to the city center, the turn down the subway is the subway station.

Location is practical, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and the food is very rich
