Good service at reception. Location is convenient for business travellers. Free coffee at the lobby. Breakfast could be improved. The room was quite dark, lightning insufficient.

The stay was great, the scenery was great, the breakfast was very good, and I met a lot of Chinese people. The gym is on the top floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering mountain and city views. But you have to bring your own slippers

房間比較大，位置也可以，就是這個區域比較亂，出門需要注意安全，另外還要收税。入境的PDI給的白紙不能丟，否則都沒有折扣。

Very happy with everything. My only small concern was the air conditioner would not get quite cold enough for me. That being said, Roll with the punches.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The lobby is very comfortable and convenient. Rooftop pool is shallow but the view is beautiful.

The staff was excellent. Friendly, courteous, very helpful in arranging our tour, help with the ubers, etc.
Breakfast was amazing. Not your usual continental. All fresh and good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel that could tweak a few things and be terrific. Floor in shower is so slippery - we breathed a sigh of relief after our final showers. And there’s a reason why shampoo and bath gel are usually separate, combining them makes them less functional. plus: put a shade in the gym, the sun blinds people trying to work out.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff who are friendly and informative. Nice, clean, spacious room. Best of all the roof top bar / lounge and swimming pool. A great place to relax.

Wonderful staff and a clean quiet property. Great view from the 14th floor View Bar and open air pool. The general manager has advised me (Feb. 2024) their web site will be updated to reflect that the Zafferano restaurant is closed and only opens for the hotel's great buffet breakfast (incl. in hotel rate.) Also the road access to the hotel is limited for the next 2 years due to a new subway line being constructed, although I don't think there will be any noticeable noise for hotel guests) but the sidewalk is open. Drivers/taxis need to approach from Av. Andres Bello. We hope other folks have as nice a stay as we had for our 5 nights at the hotel.
