Where to start? When we arrived there was no one at the hotel, even though we warned by email that we would arrive at lunch time, the hotel was closed. Apparently there is only 1 employee who does absolutely EVERYTHING and works I don't know 18 hours a day (maybe more), which is completely absurd. Well, the stairs are many and there is no accessibility. The building is very old, but that's the downside. Our room was absurd, the pillows VERY used to the point of being thin, our towels torn from so much use, grimy. The floor was so badly cleaned that after a few minutes of walking around barefoot my feet were dirty. The bathroom has a bad smell and barely fits 1 person in it. The shower stall has a curtain so the whole bathroom gets wet, even if you are careful. There is no 24-hour concierge so you have to be lucky enough to arrive and have someone open. I asked for at least 1 tea before bed, and the poor, very helpful employee took me to the room, but with almost cold water…
