Lovely, clean hotel and lovely people
Absolutely perfect hotel. Room was lovely and spotless with a great view. Parking is free and close by. Staff was amazing and friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Really patient with us when we were checking out too. Truely wonderful people.

Très bon séjour
Très bon sejour au sein de Casale del Giglio.
Un bel accueil et une équipe aux petits soins et à l'écoute. De très bons conseils pour visiter les alentours. Également pour decouvrir de bonnes adresses de restaurants.
Géographiquement la situation est bonne puisqu'elle rayonne jusqu'à la Toscane et que la gare se situe à moins de 10mn à pieds, permettant de laisser le vehicule au parking de l'hôtel. La chambre est agréable et dispose d'une terrasse extérieure. Nous avons réservé 2 chambres côte à côte. Une pour nous et l'autre pour notre fils et sa chérie. La literie est qualitative. Nous avons été tous enchantés de notre sejour.
Axe d'amélioration : la salle de bain manque de parterre pour les serviettes ou vêtements (1 seule présente) et une étagère permettant de poser ses affaires de toilette ailleurs que sur le bidet serait bienvenue.
Point noir : le manque important d'isolation entre les chambres. Nous entendions la moindre discussion des chambres attenantes ! Et une nuit avons dû faire intervenir le propriétaire en raison d'un groupe de jeunes qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre voisine. Cela a été parfaitement géré. Mais le soucis n'était vraiment pas les jeunes en question, mais réellement l'isolation.
Munis de boules quiece nos nuits ont été bonnes et réparatrices des longues journées de découverte.
Un très bon séjour pour nous dans l'ensemble !

Petit hôtel (7 chambres) choisi comme base pour visiter les "cinqueterre". accueil charmant, chambres très bien et très bons petits déjeuners. stationnement facile. rapport qualité prix nous étions à 15 minutes en voiture de la gare de la Spézia. parking au sous sol de la gare (15 € par jour)

Bellissima struttura. Buona la colazione e gentilissima la signora che ci ha accolti. Stanza ampia e pulizia buona. A disposizione prodotti per il bagno, spazzolino, e set per la barba. Difetti dal mio punto di vista: il bagno : senza piano di appoggio e senza posto dove mettere gli asciugamani. Doccia non pratica in quanto il getto non era ‘gestibile’. Letto abbastanza comodo. Qualità prezzo leggermente alto.
