Niko’s is less than a mile walk from Fira. We walked to Fira with no issues. Breakfast was wonderful. Good selection and nice dining room. The room was comfortable, clean, and temperature control was great. This is not a 4 star hotel, so keep that in mind, but it is a great value, safe, and clean.

Absolutely wonderful. The lady at reception and at breakfast buffet were really helpful and accommodative.

La verdad que este hotel lleno mis expectativas, me hospede en una habitación cómoda, sencilla la atención de el recepcionista fue 10/10 la amabilidad estuvo presente cada día, nos oriento y ayudo en todo momento; la limpieza excelente los desayunos me han gustado mucho, en general todo un 10.
Volveré sin lugar a dudas.

The Nikos Hotel was perfect for our family. It was easy to get to and had ample space to park our rental car. It was very easy to walk into Fira. The breakfasts in the morning were great. My family loved the yogurt, walnuts, and honey as well as the spinach pastries. There were great views from our room and there were lots of local restaurants close by along with a grocery store and some bakeries. Loved it!

Thank you for making my holidays special!❤️ The location is very good. Fira which is the capital of santorini is 15min. By foot and Oia 20 min. By bus. The stuff very friendly,the make every moment of our holiday special with their recommendations!

We had one more visit on this amazing island. The hotel was very clean and about 15 min walk to Fira. They have beautiful pool and unforgettable cocktails . Lia from reception helped us a lot.We ll be back soon!!!

Very nice hotel with a beautiful outdoor courtyard with a swimming pool and bar. Location 15 minutes walk from the center of fira, so very convenient. Rooms ok. Nice staff. The only flaw is the breakfast: rather remove it! Go out to eat. I gave it 3 stars for that alone, otherwise it would be 4

The property is approximately a 20-minute walk from the center of Thira. If you do not have special needs it is fine to spend two or three nights. The room was small, but nothing was missing. Very little breakfast, but just outside the hotel there is a coffee shop that can fix it. Also on the road leading to the center there is also a supermarket. Unfortunately, they didn't have a pos for payment and the commission to withdraw is quite expensive. Last tip: taxis are very expensive, to move from one part of the island to the other you can use the excellent bus service, one runs every half hour, really efficient and very cheap (€ 1.60 each way).

Located quite close to the road that goes to Fira, prefer the quietest rooms. Spacious and correct with balcony, they are perfect for a short stay. Full breakfast, very good, friendly and professional staff. Good value for money. New hotel which just lacks a touch of charm.

Κάναμε κράτηση για δυο δωμάτια με την παρέα μου !! Είναι ένα καθαρό και τίμιο ξενοδοχείο για τα λεφτά που δώσαμε !! Πολυ ωραία πισίνα με πολυ κόσμο στην ηλικία μας !!! Πολυ δυνατό πρωινο !!! Το παλικάρι στο πρωινο ο καρλ ήταν πολυ εξυπηρετικός !! Το ξενοδοχείο είπε βρίσκεται σε πολυ ωραία τοποθεσία , μόλις 15 λεπτά από τα Φηρά ! Επισης οι receptionist Λια και Αναστασία είχαν φοβερό χιούμορ καο ήξεραν ακριβώς τι να μας προτείνουν και ν οργανώσουν τος διακοπές μας !!!!! Ευχαριστούμε πολυ !!!!

L’hotel est très bruyant (dès 6h du matin, c’est la foire aux portes qui claquent, et conversations téléphoniques en parlant fort, comme si c’était normal. (Chambres du côté de la réception, soi disant les plus calmes…) Autre point important, le petit déjeuner .. à éviter aussi, et même à fuir (on a fini par faire nos courses pour le petit-déjeuner) La gérante a beau être très sympathique et à l’écoute, le bruit a continué malgrè les plaintes. A coté de cela, la piscine est plutôt sympa, & généralement calme (fin mai). Un autre point positif de l’hôtel est qu’il est situé à 5 minutes en quad de Fira, 10 minutes de Imerovigli. Vous avez aussi un grand parking gratuit à disposition.
