Good location, but in a noisy street

Staff at ambience suites were responsive and pleasant. Breakfast was provided and it was a decent spread. However, location was ~20mins walk from Fira main bus station (it says 10mins on gmaps but its uphill + we were carrying our luggages) so it was slightly inconvenient. Slightly noisy at night as well and the room does not use blackout curtains so the sun shines into the room at 6+ in the morning.

Everything is good! When I first arrived at the hotel, the landlord had just left and I couldn't get in touch. It took me half an hour to arrive, but fortunately my mood was not affected and the room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you.

It was about 1km away from the Fira bus terminal, and it looked farther than I expected on Google Maps, so the location was a little negative. The facility itself was beautiful and quiet with a hotel style unique to a resort area. The room was also very pleasant with an atmosphere reminiscent of Santorini. The shower is quite large and I am very satisfied. I would like to evaluate that it was more than the price.

There is a distance from the town of Fia, and it is an uphill road, so be careful if you have luggage medium size room The door between the bathroom and the bedroom is not very tight, and the smell and moisture may come out There is a small garden to eat Breakfast is simple and acceptable

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the center of Fira town. The houses are renovated and there is no scenery. There is a small swimming pool in the yard. The room is not big, the breakfast variety is relatively small, and the service staff is more enthusiastic. The hotel helps to call a taxi to the airport and the price is 25 euros.

It was good

Proceed with caution. There were ants in our bed. We were moved to another room which also had ants in the bed. The host threw his hands up and said he couldn't do anything about it, no refund either. Book elsewhere, save yourself the headache.

Definitely not a four star hotel. The room was fine with comfortable bed and big bathroom and I will say very clean and they made the room up each day. The rainfall shower was just a trickle. The breakfast was not good at all and we ended up going out. Very basic and not fresh. I had better breakfast at a three star in Santorini last year. There is no pool bar despite what the website says. So there is nowhere to get drinks and snacks. You have to walk to the supermarket to get anything. The pool is not heated and was freezing so no one went in it at all in the three days we were there. There’s only enough sun beds for 3 couples/family. When we arrived we were just given a key and sent upstairs to our room. No map, local guidance, recommendations for restaurants. They were not rude but there was no four star service.

My husband and I stayed here the last two nights of our honeymoon in September of 2022. The location was great, and what pushes it into 4 stars - a comfortable walk to downtown, but not to close to clubs and late night partygoers. We comfortably walked to Old Port, the Greek Wedding Show (HIGHLY recommend), our wine tour pickup, and more. Breakfast was alright, and the pool was also nice. Service was good, but we didn't love that you weren't allowed to take towels off premises, as we were hoping to bring them with us on our Sunset Boat Cruise. Overall a good experience, and if I came back to this part of Santorini, I would happily stay here again.

This hotel was recommended to us by our travel agent in the UK. As we have never been to Greece and I’m incredibly disappointed and upset also out of pocket by €1500. They know my wife and I have 2 teenage children aged 15/17 The website stipulates captions say that this is a “suite” and has a living area. (See below) but our “suite” was actually just one room (visible in the pictures, but the caption is misleading!). The two extra beds are just a thin mattress placed in top of a stone plinth and the so called beds are in a L shape far too small for two teenagers. It’s just one square room with a double and these two mattresses. From the website: Superior Suite Traditionally decorated suite, up to 4 persons, spacious private terrace, a/c, LCD TV, satellite TV, mini fridge, shower amenities, kettle, living area, ideal for couples and families. The Executive Suite room has two exhaust fans - one the the shower and separately another in the toilet. When the lights with exhaust fans are switched on, the whole room stinks of sewerage. The bathroom doesn’t have a door at all, nor does the shower, it is very inconvenient for two and even worse for four. Also the door which access to the bathroom could not close correctly, not nice for people going in toilet and you can hear everything. The suite has bugs my wife’s legs had bites after sitting on the bed in the room while I was arguing with the owner. Not at all hygienic. There were no proper places to place four suitcases. The “suite” was extremely noisy as it’s in a main road on an incline so busses, scooters and quad bikes are roaring up the hill constantly. The website also stipulates there is a villa unit which I asked to upgrade to and was willing to pay but the owner said it doesn’t exist ! False advertising. The website showed a pool but the photos are misleading as the pool was tiny. Our entire experience was ruined due to the owners attitude. I complained about these issues first to the travel agent in the UK who told me to speak to the receptionist which we did, returning from town immediately. She was very kind. However the owner suddenly bowed up and reversed her decision to refund us about these issues, he flatly refused to refund me. He became very angry and argumentative, totally unprofessional and rude. He shouted at me and made no effort to help me find another hotel. I was so stressed and upset. (I’m 65 years old) We never checked in and called around to find another property for 4 nights and the owner kept my money over €1000 which I intend to take up with the travel agent who booked this property for me. What made matters worse was they the receptionist was very kind and told me and my wife before the owner arrived we would have to pay of one night and that the owner would refund the balance. He told me after that she has no authority: I quote from the owner’s FB messenger text to me: “The girl from the reception has no idea, I am the one who takes the decisions

This hotel is not what you think it is! I had a very bad experience with the manager who was very rude and quite unprofessional. at dealing with all the complains we gave him, we checked out the following morning but refused to refund us.
