This is the worst accommodation experience I have had since traveling abroad in Europe, and it didn't make me so angry. I hope I won't be fooled by this black shop!
1. Although a family room for three people at the administrative volcano crater was clearly booked online, they were asked to pay for an additional child's fee when they arrived at check in. They charged an extra 1500 yuan for two nights, and when asked why, they showed extreme impatience and a bad attitude!!!
2. The hotel location is also not good. It is halfway up the mountain, and taxis can only go to the main road. I made N phone calls in advance, but didn't answer any of them. Generally, this type of homestay hotel can request to come over and pick up some luggage together! Later on, I could only carry several suitcases while looking at the map for a long time, and only then did I find this shabby homestay on a very narrow path!
3. The room is old and dilapidated, and the equipment is also quite old, which can be tolerated. However, all the water released from the bathroom is yellow rust water, and the water has always been cold water, so there is no hot water available. The demand for a clean bath cannot be satisfied!!!
Breakfast is also hasty, the bread is hard and unpleasant, and the service attitude is poor!
5. When checking out, there was no smiling face welcoming people. Unfortunately, after requesting to check out, we were not even allowed to sit at the door of the room and were asked to leave directly. We were not allowed to enter the open space at the door for half a step. This service attitude is really amazing, so such a black shop must be exposed. We have never been so angry before!
