The Wifi signal is always weak and there is no connection. There is a two-in-one shower gel+shampoo in the bathroom but I can’t use it😅There are not many choices for breakfast

Great! Beautiful rooms, everything you need is available. A short distance from the center of Fira (~2 km), there are minimarkets and restaurants nearby.
Very tasty and varied breakfast. The communal pool is large, I would like it to be open more - now from 11 to 19

Vergognosi Ho acquistato tramite Booking una camera in offerta nella struttura, pagata in anticipo e LE FOTO NON CORRISPONDONO ALLA REALTÀ ! Piccolissima, sporca ed ho chiesto immediatamente il cambio stanza, dopo aver atteso la manager 5 ore mi hanno cambiato la stanza le condizioni erano queste: Tende diverse e sporche, comodini diversi, una finestra senza tenda. I servizi non sono quelli di un hotel 5 stelle.

Hotel to katastrofa 5 gwiazdek na pewno nigdy nie widział. Podzielony na lepsze i gorsze pokoje . Apartamenty dwupoziomowe co prawda są czyste ale na pewno nie są apartamentami . Koleżanka miała pokój zwykłego standardu i na pewno nie ma więcej niż 1 gwiazdki . Zerwane zasłony prysznicowe , brudne i wiele może by wymieniać Na terenie hotelu nie można pić swojej wody , jeść lodów - nic czego nie kupisz w hotelu. Dodając że jedzenie w barze jest ochydne . Natomiast pracownicy mogą sobie zamówić coś z zewnątrz i konsumować naszych oczach co jest absurdalne .

The staff are fantastic and really helpful when we checked in at 10.30 pm due to a late flight. The restaurant menu is small but the dishes were tasty. The whole place was spotless in and around reception and the really lovely pool area. Please check when booking. We reserved a Junior Suite which, on their website, states has a shower. We booked this due to mobility issues. Upon check in the room has a large bath in the middle of the room with a shower attachment on the taps. Due to the size we were unable to wash away the woes of the travels from the day before. Bed was comfortable. Mini bar actually refers to a couple of tea bags and sachets of coffee. Two ice cold bottles of water in the fridge were gratefully received. The continental breakfast was tasty and hit the spot. In our room, light flooded through the glazing on the front door but was so tired that it did not cause much of an issue. The bathroom however was decorated like varnished concrete and given the relatively small size was like being in a prison cell. Needs some colour on the walls. The 'private ' pool on the patio was lovely. Described as private means that is for your sole use but can be overlooked by passing vehicles and anyone walking at the back of the property Would I go back? Probably. I would urge the hotel to re-word their room descriptions and splash some colour in the bathrooms.

Es un hotel muy bonito y tranquilo, el personal es genial, y estuvimos muy cómodos en la habitación. Cuenta con una piscina y una terraza para desayunar súper agradable. El pueblo de Karterados es tranquilo, pero si buscas algo de gentío estás a pocos minutos de Fira. Y también hay playas cercanas al hotel.
