Great place, great pool, great staff, spacious villa!

The Wifi signal is always weak and there is no connection. There is a two-in-one shower gel+shampoo in the bathroom but I can’t use it😅There are not many choices for breakfast

Great! Beautiful rooms, everything you need is available. A short distance from the center of Fira (~2 km), there are minimarkets and restaurants nearby. Very tasty and varied breakfast. The communal pool is large, I would like it to be open more - now from 11 to 19

Very good service. Daily cleaning, towels. Very rich breakfast.

Cost-effective hotel, booked for a friend

The staff are fantastic and really helpful when we checked in at 10.30 pm due to a late flight. The restaurant menu is small but the dishes were tasty. The whole place was spotless in and around reception and the really lovely pool area. Please check when booking. We reserved a Junior Suite which, on their website, states has a shower. We booked this due to mobility issues. Upon check in the room has a large bath in the middle of the room with a shower attachment on the taps. Due to the size we were unable to wash away the woes of the travels from the day before. Bed was comfortable. Mini bar actually refers to a couple of tea bags and sachets of coffee. Two ice cold bottles of water in the fridge were gratefully received. The continental breakfast was tasty and hit the spot. In our room, light flooded through the glazing on the front door but was so tired that it did not cause much of an issue. The bathroom however was decorated like varnished concrete and given the relatively small size was like being in a prison cell. Needs some colour on the walls. The 'private ' pool on the patio was lovely. Described as private means that is for your sole use but can be overlooked by passing vehicles and anyone walking at the back of the property Would I go back? Probably. I would urge the hotel to re-word their room descriptions and splash some colour in the bathrooms.

The excellent staff who couldn't do enough for me and helped me on reception and gave concierge gave good advice quiet very relaxing location, comfortable and relaxing, large room with plunge pool, great sea views and close the airport. The staff kept the area spotless the rooms were cleaned daily including the plunge pool every morning. The reception have special rates for taxi's from the village set prices. This complex is very well run by a happy and customer focused team without going over the top this made my stay very enjoyable so a massive thank you to all at Maistros Villas.

The meals were terrible, obviously the kitchen was not interested in providing a good or healthy choice of food. Breakfast hopeless, eg no coffee machine, the only fresh fruit melon and pears. No drinking water in the rooms. No English channels on the TV. Toiletries very basic. This is not a 5star hotel possibly 2 or 3.

Very disappointing. This is certainly not a 5 star hotel, 2 star if that. Pretty awful food and staff that didn’t seem to care about their guests. The plugs in our bathroom did not work, no member of staff had recently checked the flow of hot water into the bath which was a trickle, and the kettle power cable had to be continuously pressed into the socket for a connection to be made. No indoor dining space if the weather is bad.

Just spent 4 nights at this hotel, and to be honest I was sceptical after booking. The website portrays an amazing hotel but some of the Tripadvisor reviews are concerning. In actual fact we booked a junior suite with private pool and it was absolutely fine. Typical sparseness found in Greek hotels but everything you needed. Massive room with big bath, but small toilet room. Main pool is wonderful, reception staff very welcoming and helpful and breakfast is acceptable, but to be honest eat out and get pancakes or fruit, it’s so cheap. Good local grocery shop for drinks and ice creams. If you want a quad use the supplier in the village, not the one the hotel leads you to. Great location for Fira, Pygros, Pressia. I would say the hotel is a 4 star with the accommodation we chose, cannot comment on the the budget rooms.

There is absolutely nothing to like at this hotel. the dirty, smelly and mouldy room and the unhelpful staff made this last night of our vacation a complete nightmare. the hotel is not as close to Thira as it is made out to be - a 20-25min walk and all uphill back to Thira. If I could give this hotel a score of 0 or less, then that is exactly what they deserve! We made a reservation for a one-night stay in what was described as a 5-star suite with luxurious amenities for 4 adults, but unfortunately, the description provided on the website of this hotel is drastically misleading and completely inaccurate. Our experience was far from what was expected and advertised, and we were devastated that the final night of our 2 week vacation was impacted so negatively by this terrible place. We booked a Family Suite with Private Mini Pool at Maistros Village and reasonably expected clean, comfortable and high standard facilities. The reality could not have been further away from our expectation. I suggest you read TRIP ADVISOR reviews of this place as it turns out we were not the only ones to be scammed by this awful place. Upon arrival, we were shocked and devastated to find that the room did not at all match the description or the photographs provided on the website. The suite was not a split-level there was no accommodation with a wooden loft as shown in 3 of the specific photographs relating to this room booking. It comprised of two dark and sparsely furnished rooms on a single level, one room with a sofa bed and TV and another room with two single beds pushed together and 2 chairs with access to the small narrow balcony and a 'mini pool'. The description for this to have a 'mini-pool' is far fetched as it was a 1.5m x 1.0m dirty walled 'pool' with approx 8inches of dirty water with insects and dirt floating. The pool is over a garage with a constant machinary noise. The condition of the room was appalling. The whole room smelt damp and shower area was mouldy, the main bedroom walls had black mould and ingrained dirt. We could not stay at this hotel and staff did not offer any alternative room or recompense - even though the manager admitted the room was in poor condition. We had to leave and find alternative accommodation at our own cost and staff did not help us in any way. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this awful place.

Very far from a 5 stars hotel!! When we entered in the room it smelled very bad. We were supposed to be in a suite with a private pool. The room was quite big but not comfortable at all, there were very few furniture, no drawers at all for the clothes and just one hook to hang up the towels. On the balcony the chairs were full of rust and the private pool was next to some kind of machine, the environment was definitely not appealing. There was humidity everywhere on the walls. The soap dispenser was falling from the wall all the time. The air conditioning was old and noisy. The sunbeds around the pool were extremely dirty. The water suddenly stopped running when we were having a shower one day. This is an old establishment that needs to be renovated. We were offered a meal prior to our departure, the staff was trying to be friendly but the whole experience was not good and overall very disappointing.

The hotel looks impressive. The pool is lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are clean. Our room was a shocker. It required a climb of 31 steep marble steps to reach the living area. The kettle was down 16 steps from the living area where there was no tap for water. The room electricity required the key to be fitted into a receptacle. So when we went out for the day the refrigerator was off. The TV had only greek language channels. The bathroom was awful. The toilet seat was not aligned with the bowl. The plug for the wash basin required an engineering degree to operate. There was no soap in the dispenser behind the basin. The shower was dreadful. It was dirty. The soap dispenser required great patience to get sufficient. There was no holder for the shower rose so hair washing was difficult. The room had a double bed but only one chair. On the terrace were two chairs but one was broken and unusable. The telephone in the room was so old that the numbers on the keys had worn away.
