Very nice and big hotel. The location is in between okay and good, and their breakfast food was okay. But my overall experience was good.

It was a great Location with amazing views! The room was very clean and spacious.

Opposite the hotel is the Blue Church, and you can watch the sunset in one minute. If you are obsessed with sunrise and sunset, you must book this hotel. You can watch the sunrise from most rooms and by the pool. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is recommended that those who are physically fit can complete the 10-kilometer hike from Fira to Oia. There are beautiful scenery along the way. It is recommended to start walking slowly after lunch, and you can have a drink and watch the sunset when you arrive in Oia.

I think the service is normal. The hotel is very close to the blue dome church. Just walk out. You don't have to go to Oia to watch the sunset. The hotel is in a good location and not far from there. You can basically walk there. Don't trust the bus driver, they are extremely rude! A taxi directly from the airport is 35€, which is 1 yuan cheaper than UBER. You can also ask the hotel to call a taxi when you come back. The service uncles don't understand English very well, so just give a 2 yuan tip.

The hotel is clean and convenient, and the service is very good. The room faces the sea and can see the swimming pool. The view is very good. But there are two things to note: 1) The noise from the refrigerator makes it impossible to sleep at night, 2) The bathroom window can be seen from the outside, so use clothes to cover it

The facilities in the city are very new, clean and tidy, with a kettle, free mineral water in the refrigerator, a balcony, a mini swimming pool on the balcony, and a large swimming pool on the hotel platform. The breakfast is so-so. You can order lunch and dinner at the hotel every day 25 euros per serving, salad, main course, dessert, and a free glass of red wine 🍷, which is more cost-effective than eating out. Take a taxi to Santorini Airport in the morning. It costs 15 Euros per person. The airport is 6 kilometers away from the hotel. After 7:00 in the morning, you can go to the fira bus station to take a bus, which costs 1.6 Euros per person. 1.6 euros per person, about 20 euros per person by taxi.

Very good, the environment is beautiful, the sister and brother at the front desk are super awesome, and they upgraded the room. The location is excellent, the hotel lobby is the photo spot of the Blue Dome Church. It is also very close to the town center. The key is that the hotel service is excellent. Great value for money.

Nice hotel, very clean, close to the sea, good breakfast! The room is very large and the facilities are very new. The pedestrian street is very lively when you go out. The hotel is very beautiful at night, and there will be a chance to come again.

The hotel was great! It faces the east side of the island where we could see the ocean and sunrise. It is close to all shops in Fira. It is accessible from the main road which made it is easier to get in and out with our rental car. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good too. We didn't use the pool but it's probably really nice in the summer. We certainly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at the santorini palace. Hotel was beautiful although a bit like a maze. Breakfast was brilliant. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting there
