Newly refurbished hotel near Parissa Beach. Good location, 2 mins away from the bus stop and another 2 minutes away from the Parissa Beach in Santorini. Room is decent, breakfast is good. Good hotel at this price in Santorini.

I had a lovely stay here! Marilena is super friendly, very warm welcoming, gave me loads of tips and suggestions of things to do around that side of the island. It’s a small hotel but I liked that more relaxing, not noisy. Rooms are really nice aswell, comfy beds! Would highly recommend.

It was nice stay quiet near the beach. The people were lively and quite helpful too. It was in close proximity with the beach as well as good restaurants.

Lovely hotel close to the beach in Perissa. Very stylish, modern design of the rooms and public spaces. Good breakfasts. Special thanks to the girl from the reception for the hospitality and many useful tips for relaxing in Santorini. I will definitely be back!

Great stay, the receptionist is just top and super pleasant always at your service, the buffet is really nice there is everything you need, cleaning is done every day and the rooms are spotless and comfortable, the swimming pool is superb and always clean, the waiter who takes care of the buffet is really very professional and super helpful, in short, I recommend this hotel!

Comfortable, spacious, helpful, clean and friendly staff. Good choice for the breakfast buffet. Perfect for a one night stay en route to Naxos. About half an hours taxi journey from the airport, a few minutes walk to the black sandy beach of Perissa.

We enjoyed our time at Divelia as part of a holiday package with EasyHolidays (EasyJet). The front of house gave plenty of recommendations, I feel it would be super helpful if they had a PDF or a paper hand out with all the recommendations. The accommodation was clean, breakfast was great and the pool was a nice bonus. We had our own private balcony which was also very pleasant. If you’re looking for privacy I do have some bad news. The doors are very thin and you can hear others from your room as they walk down the corridor. That’s just the design of hotels in Greece and not a bad reflection on Divelia. We have stayed in another hotel (Skiathos Blu) that also suffered from thin doors. Santorini is an island and suffers from water shortages. With that in mind it’s important to stress warm water isn’t always going to run. The hotel WiFi rarely worked and the 5G roaming options are very limited in this area, however if you’re looking to pursue a digital detox this might be the right place for you! I just wanted to shout out our cleaner who was fantastic. Everyday she serviced the hotel room and was fantastic, same goes with front of house morning staff super helpful/knowledgable and helped us arrange quite a few taxies.

Amazing little hotel. Staff 10/10, cleanliness 10/10 and location close to Perissa beach. Stayed with my 13 yr old daughter, had the best time. Loved that it’s not an overcrowded hotel, honestly cannot rate this place high enough. Yes it’s a B&B only, the pool is small, but we were looked after and comfortable here, felt like home from home. Perfect location to explore the local beaches, bus to Fira close by at Bobs bar and only costs 2.50 euros each. But if you are looking for a personable experience, don’t hesitate to book here. We will be back

Beautiful little boutique Hotel with friendly staff and perfectly clean. Air con and shower pressure spot on. Room cleaned daily and towels changed daily. Pool towels available FOC and can also be changed daily. Rooms small but nicely decorated although the bathroom was rather dark. My partner was glad to get home to 'see' where he was shaving . No pool bar but as rooms provided full size fridge no issue as would stock up at the local supermarket ( 1 min walk away) . Only 'down side to this Hotel was that there was nowhere to have a shower and change prior to our evening flight back and check out a 11am. We were pointed to use the pool shower and pool rather small toilet to 'freshen up' That said a lovely stay and would recommend. Cannot rate 5 stars as there were none of the 5 star facilities you would expect in a 5 star Hotel ( Eg proper Bar, gym, salon etc ) but we knew that before we went and paid a fair price for the facilities offered Close to all shops and bars which was the big plus of staying here . Location was spot on. Give Dorians a try but our favourite was Hellas. Quality food at one of the cheapest places to eat . Gyros EUR 3.50 and stuffed squid at EUR 18. Glass of wine EUR 2

Amazing little hotel. Great service. Clean and tidy. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Rooms and air con were excellent, rooms were always tidied very well in the mornings. A great sun trap of a hotel, a small boutique hotel, a lovely spot and perfect for our stay.

Very good stay here, had a fabulous room 108, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included which was good, self service and replenished by the staff. Not a great choice if honest but it was fine. We have been to Perissa before and loved it, this hotel is slightly off the beach front, so it's a 5 to 10 min walk from the beach but it's fine. I would recommend it here and wouldn't hesitate t9 return either.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days in April 2024. We had a fantastic stay, pretty much perfect. Our room was excellent, nice comfy bed, room made up every day, fresh towels, UVC lighting to keep the bugs away. The bathroom has a shower, and toiletries are provided. There is a coffee machine, a fridge (with a complimentary bottle of water), wardrobe, hairdryer, and a TV (though no English language channels). There is also a balcony with a table and chairs. As mentioned, the housekeeping is excellent, and one day when we returned there was roses and rose petals laid out on our bed. We were celebrating our 10th anniversary so it was a nice touch. The breakfast room was fine, with tea, coffee, and juice provided, along with a choice of cereals, bread, and hot and cold breakfasts. I wonder how busy it would be in the peak season, but in mid-April there were no problems, apart from one day when there was a power cut! There is a nice pool area with sunbeds and a small pool and a jacuzzi. Sadly the water was too cold at that time of year for a dip! The hotel itself is situated on a quiet road off the main road. There is a bus stop nearby to get a bus to Fira (€2.50 fare each way), and it is a few minutes walk to the beach and the promenade. All the staff were very professional and friendly, and special praise to the receptionist Despina, who was always available for help and information, and acted superbly during the power cut which affected the breakfast. In conclusion, we really enjoyed our stay at the Divelia, and we would definitely look to come back if we were ever to stay in the area again.
