The hotel prepared birthday cakes and balloons for us. It was so thoughtful.

Very good experience! Quiet and hygienic. You can't miss the after-sun treatment in the cave located in the hotel. All the staff are very enthusiastic.

The hotel's rooms are all spacious and bright sea view suites, with independent balconies and swimming pools. The room facilities and bedding are all five-star hotel standards. The service at the front desk and restaurant is absolutely top notch, pretty much the best I have ever experienced. The location of the hotel is also very good in Oia, and the restaurant next to the pool has a great view for breakfast and dinner. The quality of breakfast and dinner is also very high. If you want to experience a high-end vacation in Santorini, it is definitely worth a try.

The hotel has a good view and a good location, but the hotel check-out time is too early at 11 o'clock, and there is no kettle in the room, which is not humane enough. The breakfast wasn't particularly tasty either.

Very bad review. I booked Dali in China. The Ctrip platform did not give me any hints to recommend a foreign hotel for me to book. I accidentally booked your hotel abroad. I didn’t fill in my passport information, so I paid directly for the price of 13418 After discovering that I booked a wrong foreign hotel, I asked for a refund. The hotel, including Ctrip, cannot refund a penny. This is completely extorting consumers.

Nothing wrong with it except the high price

Lovely property with a great terrace offering amazing views day and night. We enjoyed having breakfast on our own private terrace each morning. A bottle of wine was delivered upon our arrival which was nice. The property is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Rooms and entire property are clean and comfortable. Polite, accommodating staff.

We stayed here for 7 nights in early August 2024. This was my wife's dream destination and staying at Canaves Oia Suites felt like a dream come true. This is a truly luxurious property in the heart of Oia, everything was very accessible including pick-up and drop-off. The staff was truly great from breakfast attendants, housekeeping, bell boys to front desk. They always had a smile on their face and greeted us every time we interacted with any of them. This is a truly 5-star property and we look forward to staying with them again in future.

This was the BEST hotel we ever stayed in the world! I don’t usually say this because I am very fastidious. My wife and I stayed at Canaves Oía Suites during my wife’s birthday. The staff members were welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived to the last moment we departed. We felt like we were part of Canales Oía family throughout our stay. We felt so comfortable that we gave everyone a hug (and almost cried), when we left the hotel. From manager down to the front desk, they went out of their way to help us celebrate the birthday. For example, once they realized that we were celebrating my wife’s birthday, they decorated the entire room with Rose petals, balloons, and confetti. This was all done without me asking and while we were waiting to check in. To say the least, my wife was extremely happy and surprised! And gentlemen, as you know, “happy wife, happy life!” We have been highly recommending Canaves Oía Suites to everyone we know including our family, friends, and anyone who wants to visit Santorini. We are already making travel plans to visit our second home in Santorini - Canaves Oía Suites!!!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights during our honeymoon and had a fantastic time! We opted for their airport pickup (€ 110 each way) to make things easier, but it is def cheaper to find an alternative mode of transport. The property has an insane amount of stairs so that is something to keep in mind, but they do have many people that can you help you with your luggage. The staff was so incredibly friendly and made us feel so special, they will know you by the time you are there. We started off our first night at their signature restaurant, Petra. Service and food was fantastic and although we ordered a la carte, they served many small dishes in between and we were more than full. Breakfast in included in the stay and was def the best free breakfast we've had at any hotel. There are two pool areas, but I much preferred the infinity one, the other does not have a clear view of the ocean. The staff was quick to set up the towel on the chair when we got there. We had a standard room on the highest floor, but still had a beautiful view of the calderas. Housekeeping was very efficient and came twice a day at least, we always went back to our room with fresh towels and everything neatly put away. The location of the hotel was very close to all the restaurants and things to see, but was also a perfect place to getaway from the crowds of Santorini.

An unbelievable, unforgettable short break. This hotel was above and beyond our expectations . The views, service, food, drinks and more, absolutely top level standard. Heaven on earth ... can't praise this wonderful hotel enough. Thank you to all the Oia suite Hotel staff for our breathtaking 10th wedding anniversary celebrations, memories for a lifetime. 💯 recommend to anyone ❤️

My wife and I spent five nights at Canaves Suites and we couldn't wait to write this review when we arrived back in New York. The hotel is stunning, boasting the most breathtaking views of Santorini. The location is unbeatable. We relied heavily on the hotel's concierge to handle all our plans — from airport transfers and restaurant reservations, to beach club and luxury boat excursions. Everything was expertly planned and their recommendations were perfect. We stayed in room 21, which featured a private balcony with a plunge pool and exceptional 180 degree views. The room was luxurious and comfortable. The hotel staff was phenomenal. The front desk sets the standard for outstanding service. They went above and beyond to make our stay special and were available for anything 24/7. We also appreciated the attentive and friendly staff by the pool and restaurant. Highlights: Hiking from Oia to Fira. An unforgettable day on a Pardo 43 with SunsetOia. A fun afternoon at the Forty One beach club with incredible sushi and unique black sand. Fantastic meals both on and off the property. (Sunset dinners at Omnia and Mia’s were uniquely special.)

The Canaves Oia is a dream! Service, atmosphere, views are amazing!! The people are so nice and friendly you feel like family when you are here. It’s a small hotel with only 41 rooms in the cliffs so everyone is on top of all your needs! Christos especially who is a waiter at the pool/ restaurant/ bar is beyond pleasant and so helpful with everything. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Igor helped us with our wine selections. 6 star!!!!

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The views are spectacular. You won’t want to look away. The staff is very attentive. They remember you and what you like immediately. We had a two bedroom suite for four of us ladies. We were celebrating my mom’s birthday on this trip and they made it very special.
