Everything is very nice, but at the reception there is an older person who has no empathy, but then the buffet is 10/10 and the managers too, the cleaning is 10/10

Disgusting dirty, not cleaned properly mattress rust mark on the floor no kettle provided in rooms no mattress protectors sheets doesn’t fit the bed lumpy pillowcases to a few things wouldn’t recommend staying here whatsoever. Save your money and go somewhere much nicer. Totally different from the pictures only thing that’s nice is the view I asked if the room had been cleaned manger said yes I looked under the sofa and as you can see from pictures

Stayed the first week in October - a good time temperature wise and a bit quieter on Santarini. Special occasion so booked the caldera view suite with pool option. Arrived off a late flight and the staff member on duty was great, as were all of the staff throughout our stay. Everything there was first class throughout our and we would certainly go there again.

Save yourself the trauma of booking this place! Booked the senior suite with private pool. Upon walking into the room it smelled of CAT PEE! The shower was dirty and the grounds were not clean. I knew I could not spend any time there. The pools were cold. We were told they do not provide any water and that we would have to bring our own water in. This hotel is very remote without any store to buy water. There are no restaurants and the restaurant on the property looked very un appetizing. To get anywhere you have to get a taxi which costs at least $35 one way. The house cleaning staff was very rude. I panicked but was able to book another hotel in Fhra for the four nights we had booked there. We booked this with a travel company and the hotel so far has refused to refund any money. Horrible experience!

Amazing and beautiful place to stay at Santorini, very quiet unlike in the main towns. Facilities are well maintained, cleaning service is done with great care. The personal is very friendly and professional. Lots of thanks to David from the restaurant and Angelo from the reception, for their kind assistance. And special thanks to Angelique at the reception for her very valuable guidance. A place to remember and come back!

A medical emergency on the day before travel led to hospitalization for multiple days, so we could not travel (with the necessary medical evidence). Aware of the hotel's cancellation policy, we requested that our stay be postponed to a later date. Unfortunately, we received a short, rude response from the assistant manager declining our request without any acknowledgement of the emergency circumstances. No matter how beautiful the property or surroundings, it is not good to be in the hands of a management that seems to lack basic human empathy and values towards guests when there is an emergency.

What a great place . The view from the hotel is beautiful!! Rooms are clean and nice and the staff here are very friendly. You do need a car or some kind of ride to come up here . When we went to little town we did walk 😩 hills are big lol. Very relaxing place . Our dinner was delicious here . Definitely would come back !!

A fantastic hotel with amazing friendly and caring staff. The views are great, it's peaceful and quiet and nothing is too much trouble for the whole team. The private pool was lovely and was cleaned every day, the main pool is beautiful with great views over the Caldera. Tania who cleaned my room every day was lovely and did a brilliant job, there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere! Angelo was so helpful with hiring a car and sorting out things for me. Fanis in the restaurant always did his best to help with anyone I needed Angelique always had a lovely welcome when I got back each day for exploring Thank you to all the staff who made my visit just what I needed to de-stress. I will definitely be returning and I have told all my friends about you. However, the breakfast does need to be improved.

We had a great time staying here and can't say enough about the wonderful staff. We were greeted very warmly by Niki and she and Angelo took care of anything we needed throughout the entire stay. From arranging the rental car (which you will probably need) to advising us where to explore and eat. Very helpful. Nicholas and Manuel were also very helpful, friendly and willing to pamper you us every day. The resort was very nice including the beautiful view overlooking the Caldera and the cities of Oia and Fira in the distance. This is a sight we would not have enjoyed had we booked a spot in one of those cities. We didn't think about it at the time but that alone made it the correct decision for us. We explored the entire island and will never forget our time here. Thank You! Oh... don't forget to try The Good Heart Restaurant down the road. Really good.
