The room was very good, the overall service was very good; the location was also very convenient

The view from the room is very good, but there are too many steps of different heights on the way from the reception to the guest room, so it is not recommended for friends with limited mobility.

Bad news - 8 plus flights of stairs on uneven stone steps just to get to room / pool. We are in good shape - marathons, etc. and the wet, rocky stairs with no handrails were just not fun. Met people who never left their room because they couldn't keep climbing the unsafe stairs. There are much better choices nearby at similar prices - Canaves ( not as far down the hill ), Katikies ( not as far down the hill, elevator and nice cement steps ). Not sure why more reviews did not comment on stairs because we heard complaints from almost everyone including staff. Front desk staff was good but not willing to make any concessions for a lifetime titanium and restaurant recommendations were weak. Finally - YOU CANNOT SEE THE SUNSET FROM THIS HOTEL. Good news - Great views, clean, quiet rooms ( funky caves - but not recommended for claustrophobic guests ). Very good breakfast. Nice pool ( but not enough lounges )

Great hotel to experience Santorini live in a cave. Grounds and hotel is well taking care of. Hotel staff is there anytime you need them for help. They will help book tours and transfers. Marriott members will receive free Bkfast if you have status.

What a spectacular resort! The concierge service provided exceptional support even before our arrival, offering recommendations for activities and restaurants, and handling all our reservations and transportation needs seamlessly. Every staff member exceeded our expectations, ensuring all our needs were met. Our suite was stunning, with breathtaking views. The only drawback, particularly for older guests, is the number of steps built into the rocky landscape. Despite that, it’s easily a 5-star experience and beyond!

We had the best time at this hotel! This hotel is pure luxury! The views are breathtaking and the service here is amazing. The hotel staff is so friendly and are willing to help in anyway. The concierge was also so helpful in booking us beautiful and fun day trips around the island! Thank you to the Mystique staff for an amazing stay we had a great time!

Probably one of the most authentic hotel room we stayed at. It just was great. Of course it’s Santorini. Hotel itself is very picturesque, has an infinity pool with breathtaking view but is only perfect for those who are physically capable to go up and down the stairs. If its not the case then this place is beautiful to enjoy Santorini and what it offers.

Stayed here early July for 5 nights in 2 of the Wet Allure Suites(#34 has a bigger bathroom and better view than #33). We appreciated the size of the rooms but the ceiling height of the doorway to the bathroom was so low that my husband (5'9)and I (5'5) had to duck to enter and both of us hit our heads on it. The shower ceiling height is so low that I can place my flat palm upon it. Some ants constantly milling around at the bathroom doorway floor and loud A/C at night were annoying but not a big deal to us because of the incredible views and we were just happy to be on vacation here. The 2 daybeds out front were perfect for enjoying the late afternoon view as the sun was not shining on our rooms and was completely shaded. Never used the hot tubs. At Charisma restaurant, we were always warmly greeted by Michalis, Anna, Yugita and Argiri. Their customer service skills are exceptional and were a memorable part of our stay. Michalis was so attentive and interested in our enjoyment of everything; he was a fantastic host! For the concierge, we were graciously treated by Maria and Konstantina who were both so friendly and never annoyed by our questions, unlike the 2 males at concierge and at our 2pm check-in who seemed like they're just going thru the motions to get their job done. No welcome drinks/towels were given to the 5 of us at our check-in, which I noticed other guests the next day were given when I went inside the office for a question. If I had not seen that, then I would've not cared.

The real standout at the Mystique is the Elios Spa. My sister and I each booked the Aegean Sensation Candle Signature Massage with two separate massage therapists (male and female.) When we came out of our treatment rooms, we both agreed that these were the most incredible massages we have experienced and did not want them to end. We have such limited time on Santorini, or we would be booking again. I felt my muscle tension melt away in the hands of my massage therapist. It was glorious! I highly recommend this spa, and this specifically this treatment (it is the best you will find.) I would come back to Santorini just for this massage!

I love Oia, it's truly a magical destination, especially if you want to rest, reset and clear your mind. The property is gorgeous and very tranquil. I haven't slept this well in a very long time. The staff was very kind and smart, especially llias at the front desk. He initially greeted me and introduced me to the property. I had several questions about traveling solo to other islands and he made sure I felt safe and secure about ferry transfers, etc. If I didn't have a conference to attend, I would continue to stay in Santorini! Must note, the pool and restaurant staff was fabulous - they did a terrific job and aimed to please -- Michalis, Giannis, Katerina, Anna, Alexandros and I'm sure I'm missing a few more. Regardless, it was a very magical stay.

Was there in April, in one word just wow. The location is just few minutes walk from the main Santorini area in Oia, but elders or who has problems in walking can be challenging as it’s situated on cliffs and have to walk down the hills. Rooms are awesome with ocean views food also very good with personal service in breakfast. Overall a perfect place with full luxury.

Our stay was exceptional. You must experience the incredible ELIOS SPA, which belongs to the hotel. It is one of the best massages we have ever had in over 50 countries we have visited over the years. Angeliki the Spa manager is also a world class masseuse. We recommend the 80 minutes massage for the full effect!. The hotel service also truly deserves a five star rating. Highly recommended. We will be returning next year!

The staff was exceptional and the hotel has amazing views. We were there for a week and we didn’t want to leave. Kostas and Yainis were so helpful and nice during our stay. We will definitely go back. The rooms were so nice and clean and the private pool and hot tub was very relaxing.
