The location was great, with a rooftop overlooking the ocean! There didn't seem to be many rooms, and there were few guests, so the rooftop was sometimes empty as if it was reserved for private use. The view in front of the hotel is so good that many tourists pass by and stop to take pictures of the view. I think the best thing about this hotel is that we could sit back and enjoy it in our special seats. There is a small pool on the rooftop, but it's not for swimming, it's for soaking. There are many hotels in Santorini where you can enjoy the view by soaking in the water, so it's a good size for that kind of enjoyment. You can have a delicious breakfast at the cafe restaurant attached to the hotel. *I recommend choosing yogurt with fruit instead. You can have more bread and choose from a wide variety of jams, so I ended up eating too much. The towels are changed to freshly washed ones every day. You should expect no amenities. There was shampoo and some kind of liquid soap, but that was all. Overall, it's a hotel with a good balance for the price. I recommend it.

The view was typical of Santorini and I was very satisfied!! There were plenty of restaurants nearby so I had no trouble finding something to eat and drink. The breakfast staff were also very kind!!

Great

The location was great. I recommend it as it's a relaxing place. The room was spacious, the kitchen was easy to use, and the shower room was clean. The hot water came out smoothly, which was great! The bed was firm. The futon was a little heavy. There were blankets as well. It should be fine in winter. The air conditioner was a new type, so it was comfortable. Breakfast was served in the cafe attached to the facility. Many people just came to the cafe, and it was busy in the evenings as they also serve dinner. If I had to say something, it would be that there were a lot of half-used mini bottles of shampoo and body soap lying around. There were no toothbrushes or slippers.

Guau The service is very good. The hotel is in a great location, only about 150 meters away from the blue dome church. The hygiene is also very good. Because the flight is in the morning, the staff also helped me book a taxi to the airport, which is worth a thumbs up🉑👍

Don't book if it's not good. The location is next to a blue-domed church, but you can't find it up there. No one came to pick up the phone. Later I found out it was just below. The service is not good. It's a bit dirty. There's dust everywhere. The environment is not first-class. It's not recommended inside.

Totally fooled by the pictures of this hotel There is only one outdoor bath, and the large pools are exclusively for villa users. The outdoor decoration is quite old, and it is the most dilapidated in the entire Greek itinerary. Even the quilt is grey It's just a B&B, but charging 200 euros a night is crazy, I was cheated by this price

The Vallas Apartments enjoy a premium position in Firostefani, which is only a 12 mins walk north of Fira, in a quiet but much photographed spot, where the remains of an ancient wooden boat perches atop an opposite rooftop, overlooking impossibly sheer cliffs, as well as the famous Skaros rock and then the beautiful village Oia in the far distance, a scene ever-etched with charming sailing boats and catamarans, messing about in the endless azur distance. To the left is the caldera itself and possibly also a few massive cruise ships ferrying day visitors back and forth. The apartments in the main block are simple and traditional but also quiet and comfortable. It’s not 5 star luxury but perfectly lovely otherwise, with adequate air conditioning, a hob and a fridge with enough cups, glasses and cutlery etc. The rooftop terrace is surprisingly quiet considering the jaw dropping view, and there is a nice size plunge pool for cooling off in as well as more than enough sun beds to go around. A lovely breakfast is included and you’re served by the ever jovial Georges, with lashings of orange juice, bread, jam and honey, coffee and eggs. I wouldn’t stay in any other area than Firostefani as it’s quiet but also close enough on foot to Fira and the great network of buses. It’s the real Santorini experience! And all very affordable too. Don’t miss out!

We stayed here for 5 nights earlier this month in the Grand Honeymoon Villa Lovely big rooms and the bed was enormous. Having said that, it could have been more comfortable as it was rather firm. There is another bed upstairs on a mezzanine level. Everything was clean and the room serviced every day. There was a fridge and a small sink and kettle, with crockery and cutlery provided so we could make tea etc. Despina, who managed the hotel was lovely, very helpful and friendly. We were leaving on the last morning and with breakfast, the hotel added in 2 glasses of Prosecco, delivered to our patio, a lovely touch as it was our wedding anniversary. Nice private pool to watch the wonderful sunsets, there was lots of room for us to spread out. Fabulous view of the Caldera from our patio. Cafe downstairs serving Greek food though we only had breakfast there. Overall, we had a wonderful stay but it was very pricey for the room and you are paying for the view.

This review is about the restaurant which is at the front of this accommodation and can be used by none-guests. Firstly the views of the Caldera are exceptional. There is a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere and a couple of nice touches with the interior decor that gives a traditional Greek feeling. The menu is fairly standard but there are quite a few options. We ate lunch here a couple of times and really rated it, particularly something as simple as a Club Sandwich. They also stocked the local Volcan Beer which I became quite partial too.

We stopped (despite it being deserted) because it seemed much more "authentic" than all the places between Imerovigli and Fira... NEVER AGAIN. In addition to being extremely rude, two espresso coffees and two ouzos cost 24 euros (cash and without receipt obviously). The worst place we stopped in Santorini (shame because the view is wonderful)

Incredible. I went with a friend and at the entrance they were all smiles but when we told them that we wanted a large bottle of water (which costs €3), and then asking for more water they told us no. On an extremely hot day they had to add two Coca-Colas to allow us to sit down. Incredible, in a rude way. Also, the place has good views but inside it is very shabby, quite normal for Santorini. NEVER MORE
