I couldn’t attend the date of my booking because I one of my best friend to cancer. I pleaded with the hotel to chance the date to a different date, as I couldn’t travel on the dates I booked due to the funeral. Also, seeing that this was an unforeseen circumstances, I expected the hotel to be more considerate of my citation, but they declined and was very inhumane and didn’t change the dates or give me any refund. This is very inhumane to treat someone that was grieving in this way and they also never refunded my money back to me. I’m totally disappointed in them and I’m not sure if I’ll ever recommend them to someone else as they treated me the worse I’ve ever been treated.

It's just a B&B hotel! You can ignore the so-called star standard. The room is very small, the facilities are also very ordinary, there is no kettle for boiling water, and there is no toothbrush or toothbrush if you don't want it. The price and service are completely disproportionate! ! ! Very poor value for money

A very beautiful hotel with excellent service. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic. When they learned that I was bringing my children, they changed me to a super large suite for free. It is the most recommended place in Santorini.
