If you don't expect too much and want to stay calm away from the confusion of Fira and Oia, this structure is more than fine. Really 4 steps from the beach and the seafront of Perissa with restaurants and various clubs, as well as bakeries and supermarkets. The manager also offers a shuttle service to and from the airport (about 20 minutes) at a fair price with a minivan. The location is really very good although you need to rent scooters, cars or Quads according to your needs if you want to visit Santorini. Family stay between the end of August and the beginning of September. Excellent communication even before arriving on the island via WhatsApp

The room was disgusting dirty with moldy bathrooms and shower curtains. This is buy far the Worst place to stay. The heat didn't work and when asked to fix it he told us to keep holding the broken remote different ways. There is no office and the man who gave us the keys literally kept trying to leave asap so as not to deal with our concerns. The fraudulent description being advertised should be taken down. It is not even close to being Covid cleaned. Do not rent these rooms.

I was very disappointed with the stay at Pleasures Beachside Studio. The owner put the air conditioner on and took the control so we could not adjust the temperature, I was sweating for all three nights and the last night it never came on once so it was boiling hot and of course I got sick. The TV never worked and started to talk about other guess to just that they are breaking stuff which left a bad feeling because we had just got there. He was over an hour late to pick us up and we had to wait in the hot sun although we sent him the time the night before and he confirmed he will be there. I kept on calling and messages him and they keep on saying they will be there in 15 min which led to over and hour. I sure do not appreciate the way they treated us and I email and let them know.

This is basic accommodation and that would have been ok, however in reality it was less than basic, no grout around tiles within the kitchen area, no water glasses, no cereal bowls, broken corkscrew, broken chairs on patio held together with cable ties. Reported items missing from kitchen but no action from the owner (despite assurances that he would resolve the issue).

I'm honest, it didn't thrill me and I wouldn't go back... Although I don't have great expectations for where I stay on vacation! However, the owners are super helpful and welcoming, it must be said! And the location is really great and strategic! In addition, the outdoor spaces are very simple, nice and comfortable (sofas, etc.) The room was ok, simple but.... The mini fridge had a very bad smell, broken shower, water with a very strange taste/smell (I don't know if it's a typical thing of the place).... But the thing that "annoyed" me is the fact that they entered the room every day and I don't know why since the towels were not changed or the bed made or the room cleaned. Not because I wanted them to clean it, but because from the moment you enter where I sleep and have my personal things, there will be a reason.... We noticed it because we came back and the window was open, or things were thrown at us (and I wonder why this too?) ... The only thing that was changed/cleaned was the carpet in the bathroom.. But in short, it wasn't nice. Then you are provided with a kitchen but you don't even have a cutlery / cup available .. but this can also be there. I didn't say anything to the owners because on vacation I care little and nothing and I let go... So maybe they would have found solutions (because they are really welcoming)... But...
