Simply fantastic the staff was exceptional and the breakfast was simply amazing.,the location of the hotel was strategic in fira and walking distance to ferostefani.

The hotel is very good, very beautiful, and it is a cliff hotel. The room, pool, breakfast, all the design and service are very advanced. Overall service is very good, but is not running as efficiently as we would like. We put “do not disturb” sign, but cleaning staff still came to our room and threw our own belongings. They speak very limited English.

This property has stairs everywhere, many uneven and without handrails. We recognize this is because it is a very old building but handrails would help. Also, getting into the tub to shower in our room required climbing over a 12-14” tub height wall. Guests we met didn’t want to risk their safety and chose not to shower during their stay.
Breakfast was wonderful. Dinners were quite pricey and we didn’t opt to try those.
Hotel booked us on a catamaran dinner cruise that was mediocre and bus driver forgot to drop us off at our hotel so he made us walk 15 minute walk back.
TV had trouble for three out of four nights. We couldn’t watch anything.

Fabulous hotel very central
What a wonderful hotel. The staff were all so helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again. The roof top pool was clean with perfect views.
