Harmony Suites

It was incredible how badly Athanasia treated us. When we arrived the A/C machine was not working and when we told her she came and shouted and told us what the problem was, that we didn't know how to use a remote control. At night when we were showering, water started coming out on the floor reaching the living room, I sent him photos and he didn't respond. The next day the cleaner came into the room by surprise at 10am and I was in bed. I told him to leave and he started yelling at me. I then called Athanasia to explain what was happening and she told me that I was always complaining like a child and I needed to cry. I was hallucinating. Then the cleaning lady came back in without permission and caught me in the bathroom changing. I told her to leave again and she went crazy screaming. I have never been in a worse place. The manager blocked me and I couldn't talk to anyone or resolve anything. I have photos of the conversations and everything. Cleaning leaves much to be desired. They did not clean our room or replace the toilet paper or gel that we had to buy. They throw the towels into a kind of room, all on the floor. I also have photos. We asked for new towels because they were torn and hairy and since I had been blocked they never changed them. It's the worst. If you think you are going to be in a luxury place, it is not, €650 for 3 days. The jacuzzi only has sun between 9 and 10 a.m. all day and is level with the road. Everyone sees you. Our apartment was 104, at the back it faces the area where they wash the towels and keep the cleaning stuff, so from 7 in the morning you hear the washing machines or whatever they put on very loudly.
