Not bad The location of the hotel is not very convenient, and there are a lot of food around. It is also very close to the main street, and it is very convenient to go to the train station. The hotel is well maintained, and the hotel front desk has a good sense of service.

First in Santorini for my wife's birthday. The hotel is very clean, comfortable room and not too expensive for the area. Excellent breakfast, very good room cleaning. Without a vehicle you have to walk to get to the capital ‘Fira’. 2 km from the first restaurants, shops, 3.7 km from the city center. We did it for 4 days, no worries. The bus takes you to OIA for a visit to this superb city (1.8€) Quite crowded… For the return UBER, 40€. Along the road, yes noise, but not expensive! Very kind, helpful, very professional staff

Of course, arriving late at night, finding this beautiful location easily and comfortably, and waking up in the morning with the sun, opening the door, appreciating the structure and having such a panorama in front of you, is already an excellent start. It may not be the caldera view, but the external side also has its reasons. Defining it as a "room" is an understatement, the standard rooms are real mini-apartments with private space facing the sea but also on the internal driveway, with the living area, minibar, wardrobe and bathroom on the ground floor and the bed on a mezzanine, very very clean, cute in pure Cycladic style. Nataly and her father were very present but equally discreet, courteous and attentive in welcoming us on the morning of arrival (and every following morning), asking us what we wanted for breakfast. Excellent and plentiful. I had specified in the days prior to arrival that my better half is gluten intolerant, they had the situation explained better in person and from the following day they received a lot of attention and a broad proposal on this too. Thank you! For the rest, also reading the previous reviews, I agree with the observation that the location requires a means of getting around (but this applies in general to the whole island, in my opinion). We had rented a car and we consider them a winning choice because the location on the island allows you to get anywhere in a very short time. We will definitely return to this fantastic island, and we will probably do it here again.

The hotel is classified as 3 stars superior, but in Brazil it would be a maximum of 2 stars. The double bed is on the 2nd floor, accessed by a narrow spiral staircase that does not allow carrying suitcases. The ceiling is a vault that doesn't allow you to stand up because you hit your head on the ceiling. The hotel is on the side of the road between Fira and Oia, in the middle of nowhere. Whoever welcomed us at the hotel only spoke Greek with a few words of English. The hotel does not offer any type of customer support. There is no reception desk and no person to provide information.
