Acqua Vatos Santorini Hotel

Judy come back a week ago hotel in excellent spot close to beach shops restraints and bars in walking distance the room we had was lovely clean towels daily bedding changed and room was cleaned daily by Lina who was always pleasant and smiling on Reception we had the most helpful young girls Ria. Mina and Vyssaton who helped with cases towels for pool They ordered us mini buses on numerous times they were always pleasant smiling and helpful at all times pleasure to have such lovely receptionist Breakfast was set out really nice very clean Bacon eggs sausages fresh bread lovely coffee also fresh fruit yogurt cheese pastry’s and cake all presented by Vaso. Maria The pool was clean and towels were provide free on pool bar was Eirini who served us with drinks and with a smile Safes we’re provided in reception also kettles On leaving we were able to use all facilities Once again Carol and myself Peter want to thank all the staff for a wonderful stay with you all Thank you

Excellent hotel with lovely staff in a good location. We stayed for 4 nights in September, we booked with Jet2. The Hotel has a modern boutique feel. We booked a standard room but got a superior room. The bed was comfortable, my wife asked for softer pillows and these were provided. The shower was good and the room had a balcony. The breakfast was standard international, the bacon was good in comparison with most hotels I have been to. The only downside was noise from reception / late night returns to rooms. Could do with a door in the corridor between reception and rooms 111, 112 and 113. Staff were nice and helpful.

Perfect location and lovely staff throughout the Hotel especially Meena on reception Breakfast had lots of choice and fresh Lovely and clean Our room was a standard room and was a bit small compared to our friends but comfy beds and daily visits by our room lady who changed towels every day Thankyou for making our weeks holiday memorable xx

We booked this hotel through TUI. All expectations of a great hotel . The resort is faultless given the proximity of all the restaurants and bars being close by However we arrived at this hotel to be very disappointed. There were no lifts to the rooms . The room we were allocated was awful. A bed pushed up against a wall , little or no wardrobe space , the room was so small we had no room to even store our suitcases. I had to complain and to be fair the staff were helping and we were relocated to a more suitable room the following morning. If you’re looking for a usual hotel complex with all the thrills then this is not for you. In summary this is no more than glorified guesthouse in need of extensive renovation. The pool is ok but the sun beds need replacing as there old and decrepit . It advertises a vineyard which at the time of booking seemed appealing. Quite the contrary it’s a **** looking ***** of land with no sign of grapes. In summary The staff were good but if you’re looking for a modern hotel then forget this one . It’s probably 1970 ish a bit like what you find on Blackpool promenade and you wouldn’t pay almost £2500 for 2 weeks holiday bed and breakfast on Blackpool promenade Tui have a lot to answer for
