We stayed in a loft suite with jacuzzi and cannot recommend The Apeiron enough. Our room was spotless and the views were nothing short of spectacular. The staff were friendly and happy to assist with any requests. The hotel is well located approx 2 -3 kms from the main restaurant and shopping precinct

The hotel is clean, and the swimming pool outside the room is very nice and has a beautiful view. It is located in a convenient location. There is a large parking lot at the door when I drive there. I believe I will stay here again.

The views were breathtaking, it was truly a relaxing stay hanging out by the cabanas and enjoying poolside drinks and eats. The breakfast is included and phenomenal lots of options. The room itself was very spacious and staff was very friendly. There is a shuttle you have to pre book that takes you to Fira centre which is convenient as well. Lovely stay would definitely be back !

Had a wonderful few days staying in a cave suite with hot tub overlooking the sunset and the caldera. Would highly recommend! Vaso on reception was very helpful and sorted out a late check out for us as we had an evening flight, which was invaluable. Breakfast buffet had good options including for vegetarians, and George the breakfast manager was very friendly. Beautiful views of Santorini, lots of open air space by the pool area. Would suggest to ask for a hot tub suite with privacy as some of them overlook the main pool.

Amazing 7 day stay from start to finish. We arrived late but to a warm welcome with complimentary drink on check in which was a smooth process. Was lovely to receive a welcome sangria at the bar with meze as we had missed our dinner reservation due to flight delay, nice gesture to start off our holiday. Our room was immaculate and the complimentary toiletry pack and note was another nice touch. Breakfast was beautiful, and the room was cleaned daily with jacuzzi service. We never struggled for a bed by the pool, which has a breathtaking view over the caldera. Poolside drink service was quick and the staff were really helpful with ordering us taxis and recommendations for restaurants and excursions. The pool was always clean and towels replenished often. Bar and restaurant staff chatted to us regularly and really made our stay. Our goodbye aperol spritz was another amazing gesture. If ever back in Santorini i wouldnt hesitate to stay here. Dont think i could fault a thing. I honestly dont think i could fault a thing

We loved our stay! Comfortable and contemporary room, beautiful pool with comfortable lounge chairs, and great food! We found the staff very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed chatting with George at the restaurant each morning at the delicious complimentary breakfast. I worked out at the fitness center that had the most amazing view! Only drawback is we didn’t realize how far we were from shops and restaurants (which might be a plus for some people!) It’s also close to the airport, which was convenient! Overall a fantastic experience!

Couldn’t speak more highly of Apeiron Blue! The staff were absolutely lovely and were very accommodating, the views are incredible, and the food is amazing! Highly recommend their lobster pasta. Such a special place and we can’t wait to come back in the future.

Me and my partner visited here for our anniversary and had an amazing experience except a few things we would like to clarify as follows. To start I’d like to give a special mention to George, Christina and Angela for providing amazing service in the restaurant and Ioannis or Yiannis the guy at the pool bar for being so nice towards us whenever we were talking or being served. The hotel was lovely with an amazing view, rooms were cleaned daily however some days it didn’t get cleaned until 5pm as supposed to some was 11am which we weren’t sure about. The staffing during breakfast was not the best but I believe the manager has accommodated that by hiring a new person while we have been here. We had a lovely stay but it would of been made better with a few additional touches such as when you arrive you don’t get a sheet like most hotels offer stating times of ‘breakfast’ ‘lunch’ ‘dinner’ etc so we had no idea when things were open to begin with. Our hot tub began to be cloudy for whatever reason but was fixed within the day so the maintenance staff are on their toes. We appreciate all the staff and with minor changes this place could be an unbelievable experience.

Myself and my Partner have stayed in several 5* hotels around the Greek islands and we are never people to complain and have never written a review before, but sadly this hotel has really let us down and we want to avoid others making the same mistake. We have approached the staff with our concerns and got no apology - we have notified the management twice now and both times we just got the cold shoulder. We have seen another couple also complain and they also got the same treatment. On arrival, we sat for 1.5 hours in reception waiting for our room to be ready. I had arranged for the room to be decorated for my partners birthday (£300) - this was acceptable but very below standards and not worth the money. The breakfast was really poor, the restaurant is tiny and understaffed. The food quality operates at a 3 star level, we waited 30 minutes for drinks and 1 hour for food. We were really disappointed. The room was unclean on arrival, there was a wrapper left on the bathroom floor and hairs too. Our hot tub was dirty and we requested to have it cleaned (they did come straight away and did a good job). We have cancelled our private dinning experience because the hotel has made such a poor effort with everything else. Unfortunately we have to stay here for another 3 nights, if things improve I will get my parter to write it in there review. On a positive note, the view is incredible and it gets the best sunsets. The pool areas and sunbeds are lovely. Honestly though if you’re reading this please avoid this hotel , we do not complain ever so please don’t ruin your holiday.

Myself and my husband stayed at Apeiron blue for a week’s holiday, our first time in Santorini. We honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough, all staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. The views across the caldera are breathtaking, and the sunsets you get to enjoy every evening are the best we’ve seen. We are huge foodies and let me tell you, the food is just incredible! Everything we had whether it be pool bar food, room service or dinner in the 1888 restaurant was incredible. Our room was super modern, luxurious and so clean, it was cleaned to an amazing standard daily by the lovely housekeeping staff. A special shout out to George & Xanthi in the restaurant for going that extra mile, so friendly and accommodating, really making our time extra special. The housekeeping staff who I wish we had got their names, as they work so hard everyday and were so friendly! And many more lovely staff we came into contact with during our stay - Thank you all and we’ll definitely be back!

Our recent stay at Apeiron Blue was disappointing due to unprofessional behavior from the reception staff. Promised welcome drinks never arrived without a reminder, and receptionists often ignored us to talk to colleagues or work on their computers. Our inquiries about catamaran tours were met with irritation and minimal assistance. Check-out was equally poor, with no inquiry about our stay or even a simple goodbye. Despite this, George, the restaurant manager, and Kristina were wonderful and professional. The room was clean with a beautiful view, and the cleaners did an excellent job. However, the toxic environment at the hotel is evident and affects the staff. We urge the owner to address these issues as the current service does not meet five-star standards. Improvements are necessary to ensure future guests have a better experience.
