We Booked the Artemis after reading previous reviews and were not disappointed. Maria and Gianni were most welcoming, Maria even waited up and welcomed on our arrival us at 1am. Our room No.20was facing the Monastery in the Mountains and had sun late afternoon, room was large and modern, with a refrigerator, tea making faculties, plenty of sockets for charging all those devices. Lovely pool, with 2 sections for sitting, one was a jacuzzi area but this was not working during our stay. Eucalyptus Bar by the Pool sold a wide range of snacks both hot and cold, all the drinks available you could expect from a pool bar, we had snacks and drinks regularly, the kebab, tomato, onion& tzatziki wrap was delicious 😋 Breakfast was Continental style with lots of choices, the ladies always remember your tea or coffee order each morning too. Location was a short walk to the Main Street to the beach and all the restaurants, the pedestrianised walkway was long and full of bars and restaurants to choose from. Would recommend the Stifado at The Volcano bar, where you can also eat at tables on the beach if You wanted. One street in on the main road into Perissa was Dorian’s Bar which previous reviews recommended which we tried for drinks, we didn’t eat but saw the Gyros that were brought round from next door Grandma’s Recipes and looked huge but delicious.
