Hotels near Criança e Longevidade, Santos

Booked this using the Accor website as we stay in Ibis and their associated hotels around the world and are members. We’d just come from a São Paulo Ibis which was brilliant. Not so here. Firstly, the rooms are similar sized but weirdly laid out with the bed against the wall one side. The TV (which we didn’t use) is against the other side wall. Quite how on earth you’re supposed to watch tv from your bed is beyond me. Also, in São Paulo we had Netflix. Not available here I’m afraid. There’s no mattress protector (or on the pillows) on the mattress so the bedsheet sits directly on a mattress which someone else’s sweaty body’s been. Unhygienic I’m afraid, I didn’t look because I wouldn’t have been able to sleep on the bed if I’d seen anything horrible. We didn’t sleep on this but slept on top of the duvet on the bed. The duvet cover had a rip in it on the top. The bedsheets; supposed to be white are grey. We booked for 3 nights just to see what Santos was like and thought we’d book more nights if ness. Asked at reception and receptionist said we could have Friday night for 260reals but she’d go and check whether Saturday and Sunday was available. She came back and showed me a price. It seems that within the matter of 5 minutes the price for Friday night had doubled and the Saturday night had gone to 650Reals. We told her no thanks and found somewhere else on the seafront. The front reception area is unkempt as is the front entrance. I’d like to say the staff are cheery and welcoming but I can’t. After the negative above, the room is clean and is cleaned daily.

Good afternoon. I and my husband liked the stay very much, celebrated 3 wonderful days and gave a good cutting-up. We like everything from accommodation to leisure space. Room with comfortable bed and cotton I think q is 400 wires ....kkkk very soft, sleep 😴 very well. Breakfast was almost everything. little, always requested. I enjoyed the bar of the pool tbm, fair price and everything we asked came in capricho, gin, capiroska and portion of counter file and strips of chicken slices, delicious, well crocant , and well served. I want to congratulate on the good and relaxed and well-humoured service of the staff (APOLO and BIANCA ) BAR. And from Mr. JOAO q helped us with the baggage to the car, very efficient. I want to return more times 😁🫶🙌👏 We love the pool tbm. Thank you

Hotel muito bem situado próximo a Av.Ana Costa e perto de 3 shoppings... Fica 3 quadras da praia do Gonzaga Canal 2... Hotel muito charmoso...Funcionários educados é solícitos. Quarto bem amplo e decorado com Sala e sofás amplos,com mesa é cozinha funcional Duas TVs sala é quarto e sacada confortável. Tem ar condicionado na sala e quarto. Chuveiro sensacional... O café da manhã bem simples:Queijo e presunto,2 tipos de sucos,3 tipos de pães e 3 tipos de bolo,3 tipos de frutas,cereais... Café da manhã básico...Único ponto a melhorar. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar novamente sem problemas... Hotel foi uma grata surpresa.

The hotel is good but well disorganized, staff do what they can but needs a lot of maintenance. Although all rooms are of the same size, they all vary as the decor and items available, excellent breakfast, small swimming pool and amazing views. The worst negative point for my family was the disorganization of the booking management, we paid the value of stays months before hosting, because it was in the period of the reveillon, at the arrival the reception did not inform that the booking had not been paid, My sister had a copy of the evidence and let us go up. In the checkout the same distressing situation happened, the receptionist did not find the booking payment and said the hotel was not available on the platform we used to book. It was all right at the end, but no one likes to pass through this kind of constraint.

Em geral eu minha família gostamos do Hotal pela localização…mas a limpeza deixou de desejar. Os pratos não estavam limpos e cheia de formiga …bom. Isolamento acústico estava horrível…não csg entrar no sono pelo barulho dos vizinhos. Café da manhã é bem avariados…atendimento tbm é legal e atencioso… em geral eu dou a nota : 5 de 10.

O hotel possui excelente localização, os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos, é muito limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é excelente tb.

We were a group of friends and everything was great. The hotel is just next to the beach, they offer you chairs and umbrellas for the beach if you need them, and the staff is very nice indeed. The rooms are clean, comfortable and with everything you need. The hotel amenities work properly, it is certainly a place to repeat. Highly recommended!!! Thanks to all the hotel staff for the good treatment 😊
