Basic couple room 06 January 2020 with special promotion for mobile phone. Positive points : - Simpath staff care. - Parking with manobrist and quick vacation in front of the hotel. - Recent elevator. - Common area on 7th floor with a beautiful view of the beach. - Simple breakfast but well served with cold and hot drinks, cakes, bread, fruit and other accompagnements such as butter, jelly etc ... Strict the belts: Wifi only at the reception that has no place to sit. In common areas we have the impression of being on the walking dead. A bunker closed with dark or painted windows. O hotel possui excelente localização, os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos, é muito limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é excelente tb.

Em geral eu minha família gostamos do Hotal pela localização…mas a limpeza deixou de desejar. Os pratos não estavam limpos e cheia de formiga …bom. Isolamento acústico estava horrível…não csg entrar no sono pelo barulho dos vizinhos. Café da manhã é bem avariados…atendimento tbm é legal e atencioso… em geral eu dou a nota : 5 de 10.

We were a group of friends and everything was great. The hotel is just next to the beach, they offer you chairs and umbrellas for the beach if you need them, and the staff is very nice indeed. The rooms are clean, comfortable and with everything you need. The hotel amenities work properly, it is certainly a place to repeat. Highly recommended!!! Thanks to all the hotel staff for the good treatment 😊

Lovely hotel but very disappointed in our room. The water pressure was non existent and on the first day the water was cold. We told reception only to be told it should be fine. Next morning the water was too hot to get into the shower again regardless of what way you turned the knob. Reception didn’t even ask us how our stay was when checking out. Two days without a decent shower is not what you want from a four star hotel. Other than that the bar is great. Overlooking the river and great service. The young waiter Liam deserves a shout out as he was excellent, very attentive and friendly. The pool facilities are also excellent with a hot tub outside overlooking the woods. Could have easily been an excellent review but the reception let the hotel down.
