Stayed for two nights. The hotel is very nice overall. The staff are very enthusiastic and responsive. The housekeeper Allen added WeChat and followed up the service one day in advance. He replied immediately when I arrived at 1:00 a.m. and prepared sandwiches. He responded to any questions in a timely manner. The hotel is beautiful, and the photos are especially good. It’s not a fake photo! The housekeeper Delia’s breakfast service is also very good. She will carefully help us record the dishes for tomorrow morning the night before, and pay special attention to whether we have eaten well during the meal. It was not sunny this time, but the photos were still good. I will come again if the weather is good in the future!

It was my first time staying at yhotel. The environment and greenery of Anaya community were very good. When we arrived at the hotel, Samjin helped us with the luggage and checked in. He was very efficient. After checking in, he sent us to the room and prepared welcome fruits for us. The room design was very creative. When serving us at dinner, he also took the initiative to ask about our needs and recommended us some nice scenic spots and places to take photos. In the afternoon, he sent me the breakfast menu for the next day and prepared breakfast for us in advance. It was very warm. The next morning, when we came to the restaurant, the housekeeper Kiki had already prepared tableware for us and served us a hearty breakfast. It was delicious and beautiful 😋 After checking out, he helped me store my luggage and drove an electric car to take us to the big lawn. The photos were very good. The stay experience was very good. I like the two housekeepers!

When checking out, because our plane was late, we rested and ate in the cafe. When ordering, the housekeeper Delia asked me carefully if I had any taboos, because I personally don’t like the taste of saffron. She also prepared a coffee gift for me very considerately💗 The housekeeper Samjin also provided excellent service, warm and considerate. Because our plane was late, it was a bit boring to stay in the hotel after checking out. He also took the initiative to ask if he would take us to the park to take pictures. Let us experience that the thoughtful service is not only during the stay, but always consistent. In short, the service and environment of this hotel are very commendable!
