Amazing hotel for families with kids. Close to the beach. Huge variety of fun for children of every age! The manager on the reception desk whose name is John is a high professional. Because of him the staying in the hotel was even better. He was always online and ready to help:) Definitely this is one of the best hotels in Yalong Bay!

The entire hotel is amazing ! The newest in the area , the bed super comfortable can also choose different types of pillows . The hotel also has their own sun bathing area on the beach. The hotel is a bit far from the airport and downtown but it’s totally worth it . The customer service girl Ruby was really kind and efficient, really good job ! I will be back definitely

My stay at this hotel was excellent, thanks to the wonderful concierge, John. The breakfasts were fantastic, with a great selection of fruits, vegetables, and fresh juices that I loved. John made my stay even better. He was extremely helpful with room service and any other questions I had. When my friend felt unwell, John quickly found a translator and did everything to help us to get to the hospital. He even provided water for my friend, showing genuine care. I'll be happy to come back to this hotel again, thanks to their service and concierges like John, who make your stay so wonderful and convenient!

Stayed for two nights. This is the hotel I am most satisfied with during this trip to Sanya. The facilities are new. There is a sense of design. There are many places for small kids to play. There is also a special children's restaurant. The housekeeper contacted me the day before check-in. I upgraded to a sea view room. A day's breakfast was provided. The preserved eggs and lean meat cooked in the morning are delicious. I will bring my family to stay next time. It is also convenient to go to the beach. Compared with other hotels in Yalong Bay, there are fewer people on the beach here. The mattress is very comfortable, not too soft or too hard. There are five kinds of pillows to choose from.

Hygiene: It fully meets the quality and imagination of five stars. I was particularly afraid of stepping on the pit before, but I didn't expect it to be really good. The new opening of Yalong Bay in 2023 is also the newest hotel in Yalong Bay. It should be new and hygienic. The only thing is that the sanitation of the bathroom in the lobby on the third floor needs to be improved. It may be because of the flow of people, but don't let this affect the quality. After all, compared with the bathroom sanitation in the Caifeng Building Chinese Restaurant, one is in heaven and one is underground. Environment: The sea view room has a pleasant view, half sea view and half lake view. It is so enjoyable to lie in a large round bathtub and take a bath. Service: The housekeeper is very considerate, especially John who served us. He was so considerate and responded promptly every time. He answered all questions and gave many small suggestions. It was really worry-free for us parents who were bringing our children out alone, especially with the childcare service.

The second hotel in this Sanya trip. The first time I stayed at Huayu. I like new hotels the most, but they can't be too new for fear of smell. I carefully chose the Rocket Seaview Room for Parents. The 75m2 is not bad, but because the suite is a big room on Holiday Inn, it is still a lot smaller. But the advantage is that the family can stay together. It's very happy to be together. The baby is so happy that he climbs up and slides down the Rocket bunk bed and plays for a long time and doesn't want to sleep! The most surprising thing about the hotel is that the lobby on the third floor is full of holiday style. Holiday Inn lacks this point, but it doesn't affect it. The next day, I walked into Huayu Hotel and decided not to change to Yanlord Crowne Plaza (the ceiling of the parent-child Haitang Bay I have stayed in so far). There is also a cloud pool. I played in the water for 2 days. I don't want to eat dinner. I like it too much; my favorite is the restaurant in the lobby. The drinks for IHG members are refreshing and it is very suitable for a person to blow the sea breeze quietly. The comfort level is full! Secondly, the parent-child activities in the hotel are really good, such as pottery experience, kitchen class (different every day), 2 large children's playgrounds, free sightseeing trains, parent-child arrangements in the swimming pool, very rich and surprising, children are happy, adults are happy! The baby said that he would stay here again next time! Of course, we still have to thank our full-service ambassador Xinyi Tia for her meticulousness and patience. When we checked in, she prepared a small keychain for the baby, birthday cakes for family members, etc., which made our trip feel like going home. Someone arranged and cared for us. The family villa was a big surprise. I stayed in many villas in Sanya hotels, but this one was ridiculously big. We were a family of eight and often couldn't even find anyone there. We all found a comfortable space to enjoy. Thank you to the housekeeper Xinyi for her thoughtful reception. I called to ask about special needs before checking in. It happened to be my grandfather's birthday one day. Xinyi arranged the room with all her heart and ordered a super large birthday cake and longevity noodles. I have to say that the housekeeper's service is a big plus. She helped me arrange the children's play and the family's meals clearly. Everyone agreed that three nights was too short. I will definitely consider staying longer for family gatherings in the future!

I come to Sanya for vacation every year. Yalong Bay has always been my favorite. This year, I went to Marriott for my first hotel because it was renovated two years ago and has a first-line sea view, so I was still looking forward to it, but after the actual experience... Well... Then I decided on the second hotel, Xinghua Huayu, because it opened in 2023, and all kinds of facilities and designs are very new and fit the current living habits. I ordered it, and my hotel exclusive butler John contacted me to understand my intentions and expectations for this vacation in advance, introduce the hotel features and suite package content, and facilitate my advance reservation. After arriving at the hotel, the reception was in place and the check-in was quickly processed. I must say that while waiting for the room, I met the butler John, a well-behaved, humble, polite and cute little boy, and instantly felt that the hotel had been upgraded to a level, haha. The room is very large, suitable for children to play and have fun. The balcony has a wide view and beautiful scenery. The cloud pool is very unique. It is very relaxing to look at it. It is also very comfortable to look down at the pool and the lake from the room. I have identified the Chinese restaurant, Western restaurant, and room service of the hotel one by one. On vacation, the catering level is too important and directly determines the quality. The most disappointing thing about Marriott is the catering. The buffet is like a big carriage inn, which has nothing to do with the star rating. In this comparison, I feel that Xinghua Huayu is obviously outstanding. The breakfast is rich in variety and distinctive. The service staff is professional and enthusiastic. Of course, because the room is full, there are really many people, but the turnover is fast, so you don’t have to wait for a long time. The quality and environment of the seafood buffet for dinner are really worth mentioning. The service staff is of high standard and very discerning. The service belongs to the kind of moistening things silently. There is a Nepalese boy who is very professional, neat, safe, and in place at any time. Unexpectedly! The seafood is especially good, and there are many local specialties. The taste is great and the environment is comfortable. The key is that it is only more than 200 per person, and the cost performance is first-class! The Chinese restaurant is average, but the coconut milk is cheap and delicious, so good! Another thing I must mention is the room service. The food should be from a western restaurant, but the price is very close and the taste is unexpectedly good. It seems that although hotels now cannot avoid the curse of reducing costs and increasing efficiency, there are still skilled chefs, which is a consolation! The cute pet park outside the first floor of the hotel is the favorite of children. The staff are all kind little brothers and sisters. They all really love animals, are very familiar with each one, and introduce them enthusiastically. Even I, a parent, was infected and happy! This time in Sanya, Xinghua Huayu was indeed an unexpected gain for me. The children kept saying that they should stay a few more days. Three nights in the suite was not enough, and they must be revisited! Stay for a week! My butler John was very considerate throughout the whole process. He asked for advice at the right time, helped me adjust the package content, arranged meals, introduced the hotel's features, and patiently answered questions. He was professional and reliable throughout the whole process. His service was meticulous but he was very careful about the sense of boundaries. He left a deep impression on our family and really raised the impression of the hotel's management and service to a higher level. Hygiene: Five stars, nothing to pick, the restaurant tableware is clean, and the room bedding and bath towels are 👍🏻. Service: The service here is also great. The experience ambassador Xiaoman has a good attitude, gives a comprehensive introduction, responds quickly, and all the staff have a good attitude. I went to the parent-child restaurant in the hotel. The Chinese set meal tastes very good, the environment is great, and the price-performance ratio is average. The children ate happily. Environment: My family took some photos, as shown in the picture. Experience: I brought my children from Tianyu. I still think that the parent-child activities and atmosphere are better there, but if you are a couple or bring older children, this place is better. The dishes are a combination of Chinese and Western and taste good. The buffet in the Xianyan restaurant at night tastes good, except that the cream pasta sauce is a bit dry, which I personally don’t like. The barbecue tastes online. The proportion of foreign guests is relatively high.

In front is the Xinhua Huayi Hotel, and in the back is the Xinhua Holiday Suites Hotel. The two hotels are one. They form an area. The hotel's swimming pool is very distinctive, it is a cloud swimming pool. We stayed for a total of four nights. The lobby manager Xiyao's service is very good and responsive. I also added WeChat, which is very good. I will come again next time. It's just a pity that we ran into Typhoon Capricorn, so we stayed in the hotel for two days out of the 5 days we stayed. The facilities of the swimming pool were also evacuated. For our safety, the staff was very dedicated to maintaining order. The decoration style of the lobby is very good. I like this sculpture very much. It's a hotel with good aesthetics. If you can, you can try the hotel's buffet dinner. The taste is okay, the service is very thoughtful, you can choose your own dishes, or you can choose your own meals.
