別墅新裝修大概有半年吧，客房裡的櫃子、床品等等一系列全都是新的，很乾凈。院子裏很寬敞，院子裏有桌子，可以搞燒烤，也有泳池，也有遮陽傘。房間大廳很寬敞，容得下20多個小朋友做遊戲。
負一層呢，有兩套餐桌，整體是廚房，還有桌球廳。挺滿意的，性價比很高，美中不足就是沒有KTV，不過房東很負責，溝通無障礙，親子來機場接我們一大家老小，感動

這一次出來玩，真的是收穫滿滿，也是碰到好人了。房東在三亞真的是很權威，無論是安排趕海的地方，還是釣魚，還是吃飯住宿的地方，都是十分滿意，價格十分合理。

挺乾淨的海景很漂亮，絕對是物超所值，主要服務很是不錯，和方東溝通起來比較順暢，不是説房子便宜就沒有服務，過來反而還有的什麼都有，附近吃東西很方便，反正是我覺得挺好，就寫個評價感謝方東提供的攻略

《三亞灣超讚住宿體驗》
我在三亞灣度過了一段非常美好的時光，入住的這家酒店真的讓我印象深刻。
首先不得不説的是三亞灣的海，那真的是無比漂亮，特別是在落日的時候，那絢麗的餘暉灑在海面上，波光粼粼，美得讓人陶醉，彷彿置身於夢幻的畫卷之中。
酒店的房間非常乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，讓人能夠擁有良好的睡眠質量。房間的設施也較為齊全，能滿足基本的需求。而且從房間望出去，景色也是格外優美，能欣賞到美麗的海景和周邊的自然風光。
再來説説前台的小哥，那真的是很帥呀！而且服務超級棒，辦理入住手續時非常熱情、高效，解答我們的各種問題也是耐心十足。無論是在前台諮詢周邊遊玩訊息，還是尋求其他幫助，他們都能及時且貼心地給予迴應和處理，讓我們感受到了無微不至的關懷，給整個住宿體驗加分不少。
