Stayed all 3 nights in this hotel during my trip to Sanya. Reason room is clean and comfortable and easy plus convenient to navigate around with plenty of food and good location to local public transport

The facilities match the good pricing. Room is spacious with sofa, a desk, and rack for hanging clothes.

Acceptable for 2-3 nights. One roach was in a bathroom. compared to other hotels in Sanya, this is only place where hotel staff aren’t smiling at all

The hotel location is good, located very close to the Sanya River and the Lover's Walking Bridge and very close to a bus stop and the Number 1 outdoor market. The staff is friendly, especially one of the young women who works at the front desk during the day, but none of them can speak any English, only Chinese. The room is clean and comfortable and the facilities are good, including the Wifi. The hot water in the shower is good. The small hotel doesn't have a restaurant so I can't comment on the food.

Great place to stay

I originally planned to stay for a day after getting off the high-speed train and then move to another hotel the next day. But after the first night, I didn't want to leave! Because the location of this Jinjiang Inn is too ideal. It is located in the city center but not close to the main road. The surrounding night market is bustling with people at night, and there are many shops with food and drinks. Only the alley next to it is very quiet. For me who has high requirements for sleep, I like this environment very much. I always like to stay in Jinjiang Inn because its brand is reassuring. The room is large, clean and hygienic, and I am very satisfied. Especially in the apartment I live in, the air conditioner blows right to the clothes hanger, and it blows all the washed clothes dry all night.

There are a few parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel but they are basically full. We have no choice but to go to the paid parking lot next to it for 30 yuan. Those who drive themselves can refer to this. The hotel is very old and the facilities in all aspects are not good. The room is too small. I will not stay there again.

It was originally a pleasant trip, but because some departments did not enforce the law and the hotel industry staff did not understand the law, I was in a very bad mood and the satisfaction of this trip was greatly reduced. The original three-day inspection trip was changed to one day. As an international tourist city, Sanya should create a better business and tourism environment in accordance with national laws and regulations, but in fact it has brought a very bad feeling to guests, which is really regrettable. For this reason, I will complain to the mayor’s hotline 12345. Secondly, the noise in the room was too loud and I couldn't sleep at all. I had no choice but to put on earplugs to sleep. Thirdly, the quality of the TV was too poor and the remote control was broken. For this problem, I was disappointed by the service attitude of the front desk that night. There is no way to report it to them.

The girl with bangs at the front desk and the girl who cleans the room provide good service, but the rest are just average. The windows are small and the lighting is not good~

There are mosquitoes in the room, and it is not soundproof. There is always the sound of dragging stools after 1:00 in the middle of the night. The window is very small and it is very dark during the day. The Jinjiang Star on Jiefang Road is much better than this one.
