Just fine for a cheap room for a night or two. Good area, close to everything. Paper-thin walls and interior windows facing the hall (with lights in all night). But can't beat the price.

This is a very good price/quality hotel in the area. Don't expect much: the elevators are very slow, it is not that clean and not new. But it has a hot shower and a good working aircon. The balcony has a drying rack and a bench. Not bad at all. Nevertheless, if you are not on a budget I would recommend paying extra and getting a hotel with new rooms.

This hotel at walking distance from the beach. It is really nice and cheap. Perfect choice when you're on budget. Different sort of rooms are available with the facility to upgrade. It may not be easy to find the office if you don't call the receptionist and let her speak to cab driver. We did it in this way and receptionist was so nice to walk through to the road to receive us from cab. Balcony faces directly to the beach.

Good location and all marts, restaurants and pharmacies are nearby. Active place and shops are open till late night. 05 min walk from beach and all other places in Sanya are easy to approach with 30KM.

Poor service. We waited for 4 hours for check in. They only had one staff on that day so he wasn’t able to accommodate us right away. But on the bright side, the staff upgraded our room and gave us the sea-view room. The hotel is also located near Dadonghai Beach so it’s very convenient for everyone.

This was the most abhorrent hotel i have stayed in. Although the location was good. First if all the reception is not on top of it. It took 2/3 hours to complete the check in. They don’t give you the actual room you book on the site. I wont call it a hotel as its dirty. The staff hasn’t cleaned the room for the 5 days i have stayed there. This is not for couples at all! Solo travelers only! Be open minded when you book this hotel.

This hotel must be the worst place We’ve ever stayed at in our 10years in China. Check-in took over 2 hours whilst being told the room is almost ready. We should have known better when we set foot in the worst lobby in Asia, but we are a positive experienced traveling family holding on to hope thinking it can’t be that bad once we get to the room. We were wrong. Once in the room we quickly discovered stuff was broken. Tv didn’t work, the kitchen didn’t work, the wifi only worked if sat on the couch, no hot water, no door handles, no window handles, the ‘terrace’ was a utility room, ants all over the bedroom table, dirty floors, not enough towels, gross bed board, and the clothing closed was padlocked leaving a family of 4 to share half a closet. When complaining about this to the hotel I was told ‘tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow’. The only great thing about this hotel is that when we decided to leave the next morning they refunded us for the days to come and gave us till noon to get out of this hellhole. Thank you! We are a experienced traveling family, and for this price (¥450 a night) it must be the most disappointing stay we have ever had in Asia. One important tip to other families thinking of booking this place ‘run while you can!’

rooms not cleaned in 5 days and not clean to begin with. The world's slowest elevators. Front desk staff get really frustrated if they don't understand you. Mouldy curtains. No clean towels. Stayed with 2 friends who all booked the same type of 'sea view' room and all the rooms were of a completely different standard. Also the bed was so hard I struggled to get more than 3 hours sleep per night. relatively cheap considering we went during spring Festival however after staying in many hotels around China this was by far my worst experience. Good location though 10 minute walk from the beach

Service: The front desk service is warm, and the boss is very honest. Because I decided to come to Sanya temporarily, I didn’t make a strategy in advance. I don’t know where to go when I live here. I ask the boss for recommendations. Every place recommended by the boss is very good. There are no pitfalls at all, and the price is very high. Especially the sun bay diving recommended by the boss. This is the most beautiful sea area I have ever seen. The sand is white and the sea is blue. The mouthpiece is free, and there is no hidden consumption. The main reason is that the bottom of the sea is really beautiful. I also saw live corals, a lot of fish, sea urchins, and starfish. I watched it for a long time, and their coach was also very good. He asked him to take me to the deepest dive to see the starfish. He was very patient. I went and took a lot of photos.

The housekeeper personally drains the water for you. We stayed for 7 days, and the off-season is very cheap, more than 60 yuan a day. What more can you ask for at this price? It's really good, although the room is small and well-equipped Service: good! Facilities: fully air-conditioned

The accommodation is very good, the owner is very nice and enthusiastic. Very convenient, it is Dadonghai when you go out.
