Reception services were a bit slow as they made everyone wait for 10-15 minutes at the front desk.

I stayed at the Shangri-La Sanya to celebrate a friend’s birthday over the weekend. We booked the Club King Room which came with a lot of free activities and saved us a lot. Check in was smooth as I was helped By Guest Relations Supervisor, Dora and her colleague Nancy. They were kind, attentive and professional. The hotel has a mini supermarket in Building 1, which was nice. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel was incredible. I would suggest S.E.A restaurant it’s a Southeast Asian Restaurant. I feel the hotel failed my expectations in two area: 1. The spread offered at afternoon was limited and if you didn’t arrive on time you had to wait about 10-20 mins for the next batch of food to come out. 2. At Happy Hour in the club lounge, there was a few bottles of hard liquor, chilled prosecco and wine. However?l, once the bottle was empty it was replaced with another fresh bottle. Other than that, my friend and I had an amazing stay and was definitely worth it.

We had such a wonderful time at Shangri-La. From the moment we arrived in our taxi, everything made us feel so welcome. The resort has a great mix of adventurous activities and calm, peaceful areas, allowing us to enjoy the best of both worlds. We're looking forward to visiting again with our baby next time. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to our manager Dora, who responded quickly to all of our requests!

Shangrila as usual is on the top. Perfect service, huge and very green territory. The feeling is like you live in the garden. The staff is always helpful. Our reception manager was Candy. She tried to make our staying perfect and did it:) So great memories will be after staying there. Thanks a lot to Shangrila Sanya!

Excellent trip and great concierge service. Upgrades to a villa , which was amazing. Facility has beautiful landscaping, great food, and amazing customer service

Service was fantastic, hotel wasn't for me because I'm a solo traveller and the hotel is more for families. If you are a family definitely stay at this hotel as it is amazing for young children! Food was excellent, location was a little far from the main town of Sanya. Would have liked more beach chair options. The gym was fantastic and staff were very helpful. Fantastic trip all together.

Wonderful hotel with lots of activities for the whole family. Breakfast was rich and varied. Swimming pool is huge and the gardens are wonderful. Phoebe did a wonderful job helping us to settle and recommend fun things to do.

Oh, I was there for work. but the hotel is great for a family holiday. large beautiful area, nice rooms (I had a sea view). a very tasty breakfast. The staff speaks English

The service provided by the specialist colleagues during their stay in the store was excellent, with greetings every day. They can be found on a 2-day itinerary. Their service was excellent, and they will choose to stay in Shangri La next time

The guest relations manager refat received us at the hotel and provided excellent service during our stay. We arranged the room in advance and will continue to choose Shangri La for our next stay

The room/bed/room service/maids/breakfast cannot be beat. It is out of town and the property is spread out. Remember that!!

Ms. Phoebe, the butler, is a very enthusiastic and friendly beauty. She provided us with meticulous care and excellent service during our stay in Sanya, making us feel at home.
