Good size room with a nice very from the balcony. Staff seemed friend and it was a good location. Easy to get too from the airport.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The front desk staff is extremely rude. They are supposed to be a 5-star hotel, but they are just a fake 5-star hotel. My boyfriend and I came here for the bodybuilding competition, paying a lot of money to stay 4 nights. We were so excited to come here, but the minute we arrived, they were rude. The outside pool that is supposed to be free is unusable. They don't even speak English. I was so disappointed in this hotel. I feel sorry for people spending and wasting their money on this fake 5-star resort. The only good thing about this hotel was the buffet breakfast. The staff there were really nice and helpful. The rest of the hotel was just so old and fake. It was also my first time in Sanya, and this hotel just made my stay so disappointing. The lighting in the hotel rooms and hallways is so dark. As a woman, you want to put on your makeup with good lighting in the bathrooms, but it was so dark I couldn’t even do my makeup. Also, I couldn’t do my online business meetings because the light was so dark. Our room was on “Do not disturb@ and the waiter or cleaning lady just walked in and kept knocking on our door. The bedding gave me a rash on my arm

Not really walking distance to many places but there was quite a lot of restaurants and bars around the hotel.

This was my second time coming to the Mangrove tree resort and I can’t stress more how amazing this resort is! The first time I came I haven’t seen the street food street but this was a wonderful surprise because you don’t even have to leave the resort to eat out which I found really convenient! Definitely a place to consider when going to Sanya!

The hotel is in the city and it is about 10 yuan taxi fare away from the Coconut Dream Corridor. The swimming pool downstairs in the Coconut Forest building is 1.4 meters deep and is quite suitable for adults and children to play. It is very beautiful from the room at night.

The hotel has a swimming pool and an amusement park. You can stay for a few days. It is convenient to eat around, there are commercial streets, barbecues, etc. It is a combination of eating, staying and playing, and you are not afraid of trouble when bringing children! There is also a special butler who answers all questions. The overall experience is good! The room hygiene is generally good, the air conditioner is relatively quiet, and you can sleep until dawn! Oh, one more thing, a little girl named Lu did a good job of detail when checking in! It was noon when we arrived at the store, and it was quite hot. She turned the fan on the table to face us. This is a more detailed service! I will come again next time!

We stayed at a transit hotel at night. We were just in time for the airport pick-up so we revisited the place. It was convenient for eating. There were a lot fewer people than six or seven years ago. Maybe it was because it was not near the sea, so the service was basically nothing.

The water park is very nice and fun. I brought my kids to play in the water park during the holidays. The service provided by Miss Li Shaomei at the front desk was very good. The room was very clean. The lady who took care of the room would clean it every day. When I came back from playing outside and saw that the room was clean, I felt very happy. I washed and rested comfortably. This is the feeling of being on vacation.

This hotel is pretty good. The price and the facilities are satisfactory. There is just a paint smell in the lobby. I hope it can be improved. I will choose this hotel again next time when I bring my elderly.
