You are their tenant, and not guest. The building itself is quite nice, on top of the rosewood. That being said, there are 6 competing 'hotels' within the building. Each have their own units scattered throughout. This one in particular, it took three days to get a basic room cleaning done. And they'll try to make you feel like you're asking for too much. As a reflection of such attitude, the rooms are unkept, 3 out of the 7 lightbulbs aren't working. Microwave display broken, chair bent, the pillows reeked of sweat and bo. There was a literal cockroach lol. We recommend staying with another management in this building if you want to come here.

The room is very spacious and the hotel is in strategic location. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Very nice. I wanted to be quiet, so I reserved a high floor. The view was very good. The whole building was full of different homestays. The environment was good. There were aunties coming to clean every day. Although it couldn't be compared with a hotel, it was very cost-effective. The elevator was swipe card. The takeaway could not be delivered to the upper floor. Those with good attitudes were willing to wait downstairs for a few minutes. Those who were not willing could put it in the takeaway cabinet at the back of the building, which was not too far away. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. (I also saw some rainfall hahaha)

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach. The balcony offers a panoramic view of the sunset, sea view and Haichang Amusement Park.

The housekeeper is responsible and the room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. It is very good.

It's right next to the Poly Rosewood Hotel. There's also the Haichang City that never sleeps nearby. However, one drawback is that you have to pay an extra 50 yuan for swimming. But these are minor issues. The room faces the sea and is beautiful.

The most attractive thing about the room is the location. The 270-degree balcony overlooks the beautiful and winding Haitang Bay. The downside is that the room facilities are seriously aging. Maybe they are too old, and the maintenance is definitely not as good as that of the hotel. The service is still very good. If you have any problems, just tell the housekeeper and they will solve them quickly or slowly. It's worth it just for this balcony

The room I stayed in had no power in the socket. I asked for it to be repaired the next day, but it was still not fixed. I was later moved to another room. I woke up in the middle of the night and found a cockroach. It was really outrageous. I didn't sleep well that night and left directly. The room was really damp. Every time I opened the door, it felt like the floor had been mopped.

Only one room can see the side of the sea view. I came back late at that time, so I didn't continue to contact customer service. In addition to the Haichang Never Sleeps City with a Ferris wheel diagonally over the garden view, there is a construction site next to it. I heard construction at 8 o'clock in the morning. The room is quite clean, with a refrigerator and microwave, a living room sofa and TV, but the network is not good and the TV is very stuck. It is inconvenient to eat, and takeout cannot be delivered to the floor. There is a public beach and Poly's garden view.
