Good quality hotel, value for money. Clean and comfortable room, with a great view.

The Hotel was above & beyond our expectations. The staff were brilliant, also their service & attitude was professional, throughout our stay, & the staff we interacted with were all very friendly. I gave the Hotel an overall score of 10/10,but should really be 8/10. The only reason I should have given them 8 was for this reason. After breakfast every morning, & around 21:00hrs to well pass midnight, it felt and smelled like there were a couple of smokers in our room. This happens even though, the AC was on at full blast. I happen to suffer from asthma, and was experiencing some attacks before our arrival & during our stay. Needless to say, the secondhand smoke, finding its way into our room, did not help my medical condition. I hope after reading my review, the hotel would take my recommendation. Perhaps by having either No smoking, or, non Smoking Floors. I’m currently @ the Vienna sister hotel right in the Sanya Phoenix Airport, writing this review. I’m here until my tomorrow evening departure flight. We arrived here in the hotel @ 14:00hrs, so far, not a hint of any smoke odour. Thank you Staff for great service.

Room was very spacious with 2 queen beds. No fridge though. Hotel is within walking distance from San Ya Railway station. Quite a number of buses ply at a stop about 100m from hotel to sightseeing spots but have difficulty crossing the road if returning on the other side of the road (alternative is to wait for bus to loop at railway station). There's an electric tram stop nearby too.

The hotel is quite a distance to walk from the Sanya high-speed train station. There are only a few local eateries near the hotel. Thankfully there is a new shopping centre (Summer Station) which is less than 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Although it said sanya high speed rail station it is actually a distance away. Need to take a taxi as it take 10-15 minute walk.

Beautiful place. There's food and convenience shop below.

This hotel has surpassed all my expectations. I was locked down during the outbreak of Covid in Sanya. The staff was gracious, helpful and professional at all times. Despite not able to speak English they kept me up to date about requirements. The room was clean and kept clean. I appreciated the laundry facilities they provide free of charge. Their robotic butler was very helpful in these trying times. They also reduced prices to an affordable amount. They have an award from Trip.com and they fully deserve it!! Thanks for hosting me

The hotel is in a good location. For a hotel of this price, the breakfast is rich and convenient for travel. The bedding is very comfortable, soft and clean! I stayed for 2 more days. I will bring my baby with me next time.

The hotel is very close to the Mangrove Mall, there is a small night market, and it is about 500 meters from the high-speed rail station. The hotel is convenient for parking. There is more than one coffee in the lobby, which is not bad. The room is clean and satisfactory. The front desk staff Xiaoyu has good service. Thanks to Mr. Zhang for recommending the hotel

The hotel room is clean and sanitary, the room type is large, it is close to the high-speed rail station, the location is excellent, the facilities are relatively new, there is free parking, the service here is very good, the front desk Xiaoyu service is very good, very satisfied

The hotel has a free laundry room with dryers, good facilities and equipment, clean rooms, and is very close to Mangrove and Summer Mall. The hotel also has convenient parking. The restaurant breakfast is very good and the taste is very good. The front desk Xiaofu provides good service.
